This company specializes in taking your money, nice and easy but when they screw up, it's extremely hard to get your money back! I ordered some Jordans that had lights in the tongues. When they arrived at my house, one of the lights was on and nearly dead. There's no way to change the batteries in the sneakers so I opted to return them. When I tried to return them, they asked for a ton of pictures and then questioned the quality of my pictures. If I didn't have somebody around me with a newer iPhone, I don't think I would've been able to return them. The box was mangled and torn all up as well. I asked them if I can return them and they supply me with a shipping label and I let them know I didn't have a printer. They assured me that UPS would print it out for me and everything would be free. Well surprise! It cost money! Why should the customer eat those charges? Majority of Americans do not own printers! Luckily, before I sent it back, I took several videos documenting how bad the shoes were, But I still have a feeling they're gonna try to find a way to screw me! Stay away from this company and look for other options. This place was the first one around like it's kind, but it definitely isn't the best anymore!

Do not recommend StockX. I ordered a pair of basketball shoes for my 13 year old daughter. I unboxed the shoes and helped her try them on at our house. We determined they were too small. I reboxed the shoes and shipped them back the next day. The return was rejected by StockX because according to them the shoes were used/ had creases/ and the toe was dirty.
These shoes had been unboxed for a total of five minutes and only in my possession for about twelve hours from the time I received and shipped back.
Apparently you aren't allowed to try them on.
This was the photo supporting the usage they sent me.

Somehow my order was duplicated. I received two of the same item and was charged twice. I returned the duplicate item and requested a refund but was informed all I could get is credit for a future purchase with a time limit of 1 year. After several attempts to make this right and credit my card, I was informed this is not possible---surely someone could make that possible?

Defective Sneakers
January 11, 2025

Purchased basketball sneaker for Christmas. Paid $265.00 for them. First time worn on the court the bottom of one of the sneakers comes apart. Contacted Stockx. Provided photos. Request the sneaker be replaced and it refused. Stockx claimed to have inspected and verified the sneakers prior to shipping. That must have been a joke on their part. Never again will I buy from Stockx as it does not stand behind its products.

Unbelievable! Avoid this company at all costs!

I bought a $150 adidas sneaker for my 14year old son. Size 8.5. He unboxed the sneaker in front of me and walked around our house and we knew it was too small. I boxed it up and initiated my return. I then purchased a size 9 from this same company, and even paid extra for expedited shipping. Shockingly days later my original purchase, the 8.5s, were returned to me as the return was rejected because the shoes were worn. False! I argued with this customer service person and sent high res pictures of the shoes in clearly showing they were in no way worn. And then they sent me an email telling me again my return was rejected. These people are insane

Charges are sketchy!

I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid.

Scam

This company is a scam. They cheated my 13-year-old son out of $167.11 do not use this company. They charge 15% verification fees and allow minors to get on their site.

BUYER BEWARE

This company is running several scams. They are letting criminals use stolen credit card numbers to make purchases. They are also selling USED SHOES as being NEW. I have ordered for the last time 6 months ago. I was sent for the SECOND TIME USED OR DEFECTED SHOES. ONE PAIR MAY BE FAKE THEY DO NOT HAVE A VALID CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER- this should be a RED FLAG. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GEY YOUR MONEY NOR AN EXCHANGE. I WAS SENT SHOEA WITH CREASES IN THEM- THE SECOND TIME THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY WORN AND THE THIRD TIME THE COMPANY LET MY CREDIT CARD BE EXPOSED IF YOU UAVE A CARD ON FILE TAKE IT OFF IMMEDIATELY. SOMEONE ORDERED WOMENS SHOES ON MINE THIS COMPANY HAS a 2 STAR RATING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PAYING FULL PRICE FOR USED OR COUNTERFEIT SHOES- AND SO NOT PUT TOUR INFORMATION ON THE SITE - it will get stolen. MY INFO ID NOW ON THE DARK WEB. 1Star was the lowest rating I could give. Otherwise I would have put a turd emoji

I don't mind purchasing from the site - but you can't contact seller - ever. I hate it when you put a bid in, and the seller discounts his new lowest ask by a buck. That just makes me want to delete my bid which I have in many cases. The one good thing is authenticity is checked so you can be sure they are authentic - but the fees they charge are ridiculous - so plan on paying much more than your bid.

STAY AWAY!

The sell defective shoes and will not accept for a refund or exchange. It's not just a little mark, it's both sneakers that look like they got wet and then were dried. The leather is all wavy and the suede is so bad it looks like fur. Pitiful company.

I sold two pairs of trainers on StockX, I shipped them together and Stock has cancelled one of the sales, lost the pair of trainers, and have no idea where they are and/or when they'll be returned. Their customer service is utterly useless

Stockx strikes again
February 24, 2024

This is the 3rd time my brand new shoes weren't excepted by stockx when they came from stockx. I no longer want to use their service. I truly think they have incompetent workers who don't take their job seriously. I deleted their app after 7 years of service and over 10 grand in sells.

The fact that you sold me the shoe then when I resell the shoes, it didn't pass? That doesn't make sense to me

I ordered nike dunk low next nature white and black panda.
And I ended up getting the nike dunk retro back and white.
StockX didn't even try to assist me to fix my problem they encourage me to try and resale them on there website.
Referred me to there return policy and gave me a discount code on the next purchase as compensation for receiving the wrong Item.

Will never trust you AGAIN STOCK X!

I purchased what I was told to be authentic Nike runners for $430 and they clearly were NOT!
They fell apart completely after 2nd use!

Stock X refuse to refund me!
This is within the 10 day return policy as well!

The photos are very clear that the product is not authentic

Even the shoe color has rubed off!

I will NEVER EVER buy from them again!

When you order, you get a timeline that says the seller has 2 business days after you place the order to ship. I ordered a pair of shoes and they didn't ship in time. Customer service told me that this particular seller needed more time because of "carrier issues where he lives". So we gave it another 7 business days and still nothing. I was refunded and told if I rebought, I would be matched with a different seller. So I did and the exact same thing is happening. I'm being told it's a different seller but also with carrier issues. They won't switch sellers. They won't encourage the seller to ship. They won't refund my money. So…I guess I'll wait another 7 business days to see what happens but by then, it will be two orders, 1 month of waiting and shoes.

This is a scam site selling me a pre-owned, defective shoes
1. Having multiple visible oily stains on the shoes,
2. Having Dust, dirt and sticky objects at the bottom of the shoes,
3. Glue overflow on a shoe,
4. Scratch and black stains/mark on the shoes

While the customer service claimed the shoes are new and in a proper condition. When i ask them, how they define the proper condition and if they have a SOP to determine a shoe's condition, they stop replying me. Also they refused to refund me too. AVOID AS MUCH AS YOU CAN

Buyer Beware

I ordered a Hoka Bondi 8 women's shoe.
Listed as Womens 9.5W.
I received a 9.5 medium (B). I have pictures of my invoice and the label and all say Women's 9.5 W.
I was told by Stock X that I received what I ordered, that if I'd read the MEN'S SHOE BUYING GUIDE I'd have realized my mistake.
I wanted to return them but they refused. They are in perfect condition, with their tag still attached.
In what universe does 9.5 W not mean wide? Nowhere was B shown to be the width- only W.
The perky and unhelpful customer service person suggested I resell them on their site (they make a commission and I pay shipping- again) if I was unhappy and can't wear my NOT wide 9.5 W shoes.

Bad Business!

Story: UPS Lost my package in transit, I contacted Stockx to initiate claim along with physical receipt, video/pictures evidence of my packaging process. Stockx took more than 30 days to work on the case. Ultimately, they tried to deny the claim because the drop off weight "did not" match the product weight. After over 2 years of selling on this platform, I've never had any issues, I've always shipped items on time, and all of them passed verification. Now that once things go south, they are failing to provide support, and trying to deny problems which did not come from my end. Very disappointed.
People, Please be aware of shipping expensive things out to Stockx, as, they would not even bother to help you out if your packages gets stolen by postal services during transit. Will not be using this platform to sell anymore!
