If you purchase from Stock X and something happens to you package during shipping, good luck getting it resolved. They will skirt around to avoid finding a solution to the issue. Customer service is extremely poor. I will never buy through this company again.
I'm having the same issue! Bought a pair of adapt AirMax on 3/27/20 said it should be at my home 4/6/20 - 4/9/20 it's been 10 days and it's still en route to StockX tf thought sellers were given two days to ship! We are going on two weeks! And still no shoes. Plus lack of communication makes it really frustrating. They can even let me know is going on. Just apologize for inconvenience? Ok but where are my shoes? And or where is my refund? These shoe are a lot of money to not hear anything about what is going on... I will never buy from them again! I was better off getting them from eBay and taking my chances. StockX is a joke!

I'm very upset with this company I spent $750 on their site for a bid and it got sold and cancelled on my end to another buyer, it's been now 10 business days and I have never received a refund. My bank says they don't have it. I keep asking them! They said there is nothing processing. Beware of this shady company. Emails are dodgy and customer service has NO pone number.

As a frequent StockX customer I had a bad experience and will no longer purchase from this shady company. I ordered a pair of shoes for my GF on a Sunday. Within an hour of purchase she informed me the size was wrong. I tried contacting customer service which is impossible since they don't have a telephone number. I emailed them and they said all sales are final. I told them I just needed to change size but they won't allow. C'mon it's Sunday and the order hasn't even been processed yet. Bye StockX. Goat is much better. At least they allow 3 hrs for cancellation if u made a mistake like I did
Worst company to deal with. Sends me trash quality sneakers. Nike text logo not finished. Stitches all over the place. Its bad. Need to wait long time for customer service, also delivery and such. And still. Customers service just wastes your time. Avoid.
Customer service isn't great fees are more than any other shoe selling platform shipping times are unreasonable and the app is slow and they don't have new shoes dropping until they drop or a few days before.

Unbelievable. I bought a hat that didn't end up fitting, so I resold it same day. Fast forward a week later and StockX decides it shows signs of wear. What kind of Bs is that. I "returned" aka sold it immediately, returned In it's packaging and even with its giant attached verified hologram tag. Won't ever be using stockx for shopping or selling again. Other alternatives with actual customer service.
I too purchased a pair of sneakers and their was glitch and it ordered me 2 pair instead. They Don't care it's all about the money! Wish I had read these reviews but that would not have kept the glitch from happening. JERKS! I'll stay with eBay.

Thats when customer service and accountability is most important. Read all the reviews especially the bad ones because they put the blame on the rest of us and take no accountability. They think just because they did what they say they'll do isn't special- thats what we hire you for! But its only when something goes wrong and how a company responds is what separates Nordstrom from Walmart.
Their one job if authentication. I've sold many times on stock x. First time buying, they sent the incorrect shoes. They'd sent the 2020 grinch when I've paid for the 2010 model. Customer service is only available via email and they were not helpful. Horrible experience, horrible company to purchase from.

First time ordering from stockx. Package arrived early, right within the time frame they said it would, and product was damage free. Also have peace of mind knowing the shoes have been verified authentic. I'm satisfied.
Poor poor service. Every step of the process took a week. They verified shoes authentic and they sat and never shopped two weeks. Then they cancelled the order once leaving a bad review. Ordering said 7-12 days. It's been 30? Then the reason for cancelling was spiteful. Stock x clearly has the shoes since the already verified authentic. They return no correspondence. Order elsewhere. Be careful using stock x if the item gets damaged in transport through them they assume you sent it to them damaged you get charged for failing verification then they send you back the damaged worthless item and on top of that suspend your account they take no responsibility when destroying you items

If they don't fit well too damn bad, stuck with $179 shoe that doesn't fit! Shop local! I think this is complete absurd. But they replied and said we can resell them ourselves as if that's helpful at all. I will never purchase through them again.
Everything was exceptional but I noticed about 2 inches of glue missing from the upper left side of the shoe. The will get worn out faster due to this. Shoes are authentic and maybe it was a simple error. I'm overall satisfied and have purchased a second pair. Thanks guys

I've had an issue where an item I purchased in 4/16/21 still is on the authentication passed process. It's been four months and not a single person has responded to my emails. This is ridiculous. I spend so much money thru this app. The least they can do is respond.
