I ordered a pair of yeezy boost didn't care for the color, never wore them and decided to sell them back. I took a pretty good loss on the sale. The shoes still had the StockX verification tag in them and they told me * too many variances in materials and construction when compared to authorized, retail items. WHAT either you sold me a pair of fake shoes to begin with or someone isn't good at their job, which is it. Then the customer support is next to useless. They need more information? Do not risk it!
I made a bid twice on the Jordan 12. I was charged TWICE. There was no customer service representative to speak with. Awful!

There are two ways to purchase on the marketplace. A Bid signals your intent to buy - it is your financial offer for an item on StockX and can be accepted at any time. A Bid will remain active until it is accepted, expired, or canceled. You can also purchase an item outright at the lowest Ask as a Buy Now.
Placing 2 Bids means you are looking to place 2 orders, this is why you had a duplicate purchase as you placed 2 different Bids. In order to update an existing Bid without placing a new Bid for a new order you have to do so via your Buyers account.

Due to the anonymous nature of our live market, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size. The good news is you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.

Disaster. Ruined my daughter's birthday and offered no help at all. The size chart on their app was incorrect which led me receive the wrong size. 12 emails later and no help from a customer service than just sending out standard responses... Stay well clear.

Loved how quickly everything worked with StockX however, my shoes arrived dirty and that just seems too gross to me. While they did check for authenticity, they did not check for quality. Little disappointed after I paid so much money.

A few months ago, sold my brand new Adidas Raf Simons and received an email that it didn't pass verification since it was a little dirty. These were bought at Nordy's and never worn, slight dust probably from just being tried on. I was like, whatever...
This week, my OFF-WHITE 2.0 Low Black Yellow sold. I just received a email again that it didn't pass! Wth. These are also never worn and purchased from Saks. The OFF-WHITE 2.0 Low Black Yellow have those dirty looking soles that appears to be worn. You can tell if the sole was work by pebble indentures in the sole. Maybe they've sold too many used shoes that resulted in endless complaints... now they're too damn unreasonable that it's a waste of time selling.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Do NOT buy from this company they have no honor real work ethic. Customer service is a very poor. Literally sent me defective shoes with scratches and marks on them. Told me that they passed their standards and that was good enough. No other store does that and refuses to issue exchange or refund. What a $#*!ing disgrace for a company. StockX is and the people working there can $#*!ing eat $#*!
This company will take your money for orders. But you'll never get a fair shake. They won't refund any orders for any reasons. And better yet they don't even have a support line to contact. You should stick to buying from eBay because they always have the customer best interest in mind. STOCKX is a terrible company! DO Not Buy From them. Most Items are fakes!

This order went smooth and quick. I do however wish StockX could fix their app. It crashes more than any other app I've ever used (used hundreds of them at this point) and it shows bids and list prices that are constantly conflicting. It's also extremely annoying to attempt to make a sale and then apparently the bid was fake. I think this StockX manipulating to buy stock at a lower price and it's the type of thing that will cause a class action lawsuit down the road if they don't stop it.
I love the concept and have purchased thousands of dollars of product via your app. But I have say the delivery process needs to be more streamlined. It takes weeks( 3-4) sometimes to receive purchases items, and that's an incredibly long time please address this issue and you've got a sure winner
Purchased a pair of golf air Jordan's, site says ship within 2 business days. Here we are going on 3 business days and shipping still pending. Zero respond and Zero customer service. Recommend to stay away and will never be buying from them again.
Very high fees but 90% of the time there has been no problems there's always occasionally a delay or mistake but we are only human. Just wish they had a phone number. So much money and no customer support on the phone in 2021
I noticed that I mistakenly ordered the wrong size shoe once I placed my order then I immediately tried contacting customer support. There is no phone number, the bot ask and tells you in the "Help" center the only way to get assistance is if you've already received your item and the so called "live chat" never became available that they claim to have. All I wanted was to request a size change. No refund or exchange just simply size change. I tried this site to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday but NEVER again. I hate that their is no customer support available. Service is key.

Received a pair of shoes that were in bad condition and looked fake, used and not true to size. I brought this to their attention and their response was," it met their standards" really! Would you buy shoes in this condition from any other "Legit" retailer. Very unprofessional company that sells fakes and worn sneakers.

A new sneaker gets release today! I ordered from stockx on Saturday the seller most likely never had the sneaker in hand. He is waiting to get the sneaker for retail or lower price taking the 15 dollar fee for not sending within the 48 hour deadline.And walking away with money he never had a product for. Isn't this fraud? Selling something you don't have in hand? Learn from my mistake either buy we'll before release day or wait until release day so you don't feel taken advantage of!
