If i didn't have to give it one start then I wouldn't. I wish I would have found this site before I ordered from this company. I ordered a replacement shell on a wednesday, they took the money out right away. I was checking everyday to the mail because the website says order before 3pm. And it would ship the same day or the very next so at the very least it should have been in by Monday. BUT NOTHING! Then the next wednesday so a WEEK later I get an email saying my part has been shipped. OMG! I finally get the part the Saturday after, it doesn't fit my clicker thing, I then had to wait until MONDAY to call them since they are closed on the weekend, I call and she has me send her a picture, she says they dont know what would fit for my shell and that I can return it, they wanted ME to pay for the RETURN label... UGH NO! So i got them to sent me a return label I sent it out right away... 10 days yes 10 DAYS later I get an email that I will be getting my refund, i get it and its only the price of the shell not the shipping that i paid them as well! WTF I don't owe your company anything! I am currently waiting for a response and refund of that charge!

I ordered a Keyless Entry Remote on 25 January. They billed me immediately and then nothing. We called a couple of weeks ago and the representative stated that the remote was on back order and should arrive at our home within a week or so. I called yesterday, and asked the representative about the status, and was told that it just arrived this morning at their site. When I asked why I wasn't kept abreast of the status of my order, the response was, "Since we have such a high volume of business, we just don't do that." The Keyless Remote arrived today with paperwork that states that the order was received on 25 January and the product was shipped on 27 January. When it stops working, I certainly will not contribute again to their high volume of business.

Ordered a FOB 10 days ago, they charged me immediately but have to received anything. When I call they told me it did not ship until 5 days after the order was placed. USPS has not scanned anything yet! I will call one last time tomorrow and then I am going to cancel the charge.

IKeyless shipped me dead batteries for my key fob. I reported this, to which they sent replacement batts, earning one star I suppose, but those batts were also dead. They won't refund me unless I return the defective product in a protected package. It's not worth the hassle.

This site reeks scam! Guys do not buy anything from them. I ordered a key and was charged immediately for it. 3 months go by and I still did not receive the key. They reported that the key was in backorder. When it finally arrived many months later I took it to the dealer to program it and it was a fake key. It does not work. Dealer charged me $99 and spent 3 hours and couldn't get it to work.

I placed an order for a standard key fob and trusted that the claim that they ship same day would be accurate. I received an email with a tracking number the following morning, so then I really believed it would be coming soon. The tracking number never progressed beyond "electronic shipping information received". They do not answers calls on the weekend so it was a full week before I could get in touch with anyone in person. They said the key fob was out of stock and wouldn't be available for a couple weeks. I planned on this for a Christmas present, so now I'm in a jam. Terrible customer service!

I asked if I could return a automobile spare key that I ordered with a second remote.
After the order was mailed, I found the spare key for my car. The representative who answered the phone was very pleasant and courteous. She said there was no problem returning the unused key and the company was happy to assist me.
All these positive reviews are surprising. I ordered something on Dec 1. They sent me the wrong key. They redelivered another key via express mail and didn't tell me it required a signature. Requires me taking off work to go get the key from the post office since I'm not at home during the day. Service staff was less than helpful and not sympathetic.
Btw- If you look at the fine print on their website they can send you used keys.

Fast, efficient service. Found just what I was looking for and wasn't disappointed when the order came. I had questions and when I contacted their tech support I was able to get the answer I needed immediately.
I purchased a replacement Keyless remote for 2007 Mustang. I had tried cheap verions of the item from other sites, but they stopped working after a few months. Other reviewers have mentioned this situation regarding the "cheap" models on this and other sites. I spent a littel more with ikeyless.com, but still much less thatn with a dealer. The order was placed, processed and shipped in short order. I did experience a problem when the remote did not function. I emailed the site on a Saturday (they were closed) and got a response immediately on Monday Morning. After a couple of e-mails, David with ikeyless, sent out a replacement remote with a prepaid shipping label so I could return the faulty one at no charge and without having to wait to return the first item. The second one was received in a reasonable amount of time (this is during December and I expected to have to wait). It not only worked fine, but i was able to compate the two and get the first one working. Note: Both items appeard to be brand new and not used versions some people have reported. In summary, David represented ikeyless.com admirably and I am a very satisifed customer who strongly recommends ikeyless, their products, service and David for anyone needing a replacement Remote.

Also, when I called for customer service on programming my remote they were knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I was successful with programming and called back to thank them for their direction and help.
Like to tell about my experience with Jamie. Your CS training must be working, because my phome experience with Jamie was the most enjoyable I have had I'm a very long time. She was very knowledgeable and didn't make feel like the dolt I was for ordering the wrong remotes for my solara. Overall my experience with your CS REP JAMIE was a 10 out of 10. With ikeyless.com we were able to replace our worn out, key fobs with like-new key fobs with ALL of the remote capabilities (including remote start) that our old key fobs had for about 1/2 the cost of going to a dealership. Programming the "new" (these are refurbished) key fobs was very easy. They look brand new.
You will need to be prepared to scan and email them a copy of your current insurance and driver's license with the VIN# to show proof of ownership (I like this for the security of it) as well as have an adult available to sign for the package when delivered (which we also liked for the security).
For our vehicle, we needed to have two key fobs, which were able to turn the vehicle on, to be able to be used for programming our replacement key fobs - which we did have, thus we were able to program them ourselves.
The only drawback was that the programming instructions did not come with the new keyfobs. I had to contact ikeyless and have them emailed to me. Which I found to be an irritating waste of time. IMO the instructions should have been included with the key fobs when shipped. For this issue, though, and some pre-purchase questions, customer service was very responsive and helpful, on an immediate basis via ikeyless support website chat. My husband and I feel ikeyless provided a very good and money-saving service and product.
Don't believe all the planted 5 star reviews on this site. I did. And regret it. Based on how I am being treated and some other reviews, I can only assume they do not keep inventory in stock despite claims on their site about fast shipping and seem to produce when enough of the same keyfob is ordered. I ordered in October, got an immediate email claiming I should have my order in 2 to 5 days. This was done so they could charge my card by lying about shipping. It is dishonest. They should not charge me until it ships. I can only assume they do this so they can take your money and use it while stalling you. In any case, I waited for almost 2 weeks, sent an email and John responded telling me it was backordered and, despite being sent a shipment confirmation email containing USPS tracking number, the item was never shipped. He was very vague in responding to when I might get it so I replied to ask him to clarify, which he promptly ignored my email. No company operates without production schedules, delivery dates, etc. They should be able to tell and you, with precision, when our order will arrive even if back ordered. Instead, they put you off and tell you 1 or 2 weeks every time you email. Before you know it, it is months later. If you have 3 or 4 months to wait for them to get enough orders to schedule a production run of your key, then by all means, order from them. I believe that working to get the charge removed from your card should ikeyless refuse to cooperate, will be harder after 30 days so I don't intend to wait 3 months.
