After 14 years of dropping my car keyless remote on just about every surface imaginable (no puddles, thankfully), the remote shell was held together by a hair band and a prayer. Instead of having to pay big bucks for a new remote, ikeyless had a replacement shell for me for under 20 dollars. Changing out the internal circuit board was snap. I was blown away by the super fast shipping of ikeyless, as well as their response to a problem with the first shell they shipped. They responded to my issue quickly, and a new shell and return shipping label were in my mailbox within a couple of days. I have dealt with a lot of companies over the internet, and value a company that stands behind their products, and responds to issues promptly and fairly.
I had tried to perform the keyless entry item several times before contacting the support group of this product. Jamie guided me through two processes and I was able to program both the new product and my old product very easily.
I ordered a key fob for my 2008 Ford Focus. I received the key fob in short time. I attempted to follow the instructions to no avail. I called and spoke with an agent named John. He patiently walked me through everything and I was up and ready in no time at all. Totally awesome service.

The representative at Ikeyless guided me through steps to resolve my problem and followed up with me to be sure that my issues were resolved. I got my replacement keys very quickly, and the personal service was terrific. The person at the first hardware store that I brought my replacement keys was unable to cut the new keys correctly, and suggested that the replacement keys were not a match. I then called ikeyless and immediately got personal attention; no annoying phone tree. It turned out that the key was the right one, but the hardware store didn't have the right machine. I went to a locksmith, who had no problem cutting the key that hadn't been miscut. Plus, ikeyless has offered to replaced the first key free of charge, even though the problem had nothing to do with their product. And they could not have been more prompt or nicer. I hope I don't lose my car keys again, but if I do, I would definitely go back to ikeyless.com!
I am very disappointed to find out that my key fob has not even been shipped. I called today and was told that it's on back order. A call or an email would have been nice to get from ikeyless.com. So now since it's back ordered, I am told it will be an additional week before I get it. There web site says 2 to 5 days when you should receive it. I have read other post after I ordered it, and several have experienced the same issue. I guess you can say that as a consumer I should have looked more into this company. I will most likely not use there service again.
I found Ikeyless doing an internet search for a remote door opened for a 2003 Toyota. Their price is competitive and the delivery was timely. After I ordered the remote I found my original remote. After the Ikeyless remote arrived I called them and spoke to Jamie. She told me no problem and to return the remote for a full refund. I will follow up to let you know how long it took to receive the return to my credit card.

I ordered a flip key fob and an uncut transponder key. They sent the wrong blade style for both. I took the keys to a locksmith to get cut and he even confirmed they were wrong. The customer service was awful. I sent pictures 3 times and they combatively refused to acknowledged they were wrong. After the fourth time, they did send replacements with a return envelope for the wrong ones. Now for the product themselves the transponder key is as good as my OEM key, the flip key is cheap and annoying. The feel of the plastic is very cheap. The buttons are easily pressed while in the pocket. That is without even putting your hand in the pocket. It just locks/unlocks at will. CRAP!
WARNING: I do NOT recommend buying keys from this company. I ordered 2 keys for a VW Passat 2002, one remote flipkey and one Vallet Key. The uncut keys themselves were fine but the flip key had a wrong/defect chip in it that could not be programmed. The poor locksmith spent almost an hour trying to program it before he finally had to give up. The other key was missing a chip all together which I personally witnessed as he opened it up in front of me. The keys were already cut and after all the time he already spent on it, the only feasible choice at that point was to pay an extra $70 for 2 chips he had in store in order to get the process complete.
I sent and email to *******@ikeyless.com explaining the situation and asking for a refund of the $70 I had to pay due to their defecitve product. I got no response to the email. I then called today about a week later. They refused to refund me the money claiming there was a 30 day return policy and that I should have called them when I had the problem and returned the faulty keys. That there was a time limit imposed on me is nowhere to be found in the paperwork they sent me. Regardless, if there is an obvious problem with a product any decent company would not "hide behind" some 30 day return policy.
I it is quite unreasonable to expect, me as the customer, to have to terminate the cutting and programming process I was in the middle of, send the keys back to iKeyless, wait another week or so (or who knows), and then go back to get the the locksmith to have him do the process all over again. I still would have had to pay for the time and cutting he had to do with the original keys.
My efforts to have them refund my $70 extra expense was futile. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews on Google + before I ordered from this company. I am therefore writing this review to warn others.
Warning: They are selling used key fobs. The one I received had dingy yellow buttons and was all scratched up. They also claim to send programming instructions withe the remote. The instructions they provided me read: "Take the key fob to a dealer to have it programmed". Rip Off!

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE! I purchased what I thought was going to be a new Ford Keyless Entry Remote for my 1996 Taurus for $47.80 and what I got after 2 weeks was an old used, scratched remote with buttons yellow with age that was in much worse shape than the one I was replacing. In researching I found their sister website www.Cash4Remotes.com both of which are owned by Mark Lanwher where they advertise to junk yards and recyclers to buy their old remotes and keys for a dollar or two each. I wish I had done my research before I gave them my money. Dont get taken in by the website, it is a big SCAM!
Like many others, I am reading the bad reviews only after not receiving my order 12 days later. Got a usps tracking number which was never updated and feel like I have been scammed. Same bad reviews being written for more than 2 years. Shame on you ikeyless! That should be shame on me for not doing more careful research before placing an order with these scammers.
Ordered a key & remote for my new tundra, NOWHERE in the description does it mention ANYTHING about used key fobs... But low and behold, buried in the "terms" fine print, it is there. I have an old crappy remote for a brand new truck. I needed it ASAP, so I had the key cut and the remote programmed. Even the locksmith commented on what an old remote it was and was surprised at the 60 dollar price tag. While seems to work for now, I will never use Ikeyless again. That's just way to shady of a business practice to earn my repeat business.
I purchased a key fob for my truck, about ten days a go. They promise shipping 3 to 5 days. They sent me a tracking number sent via USPS the first business day. However it was never shipped. They told me it was never shipped and was backordered, that Ikeyless had sent me a e-mail telling me it was backordered, which I never got. To be candid, I don't think they ever sent me one. I cancelled my order, because I didn't want any more surprises. They said ill receive a credit in 24 to 48 hours, however if I don't receive one in 72 hours I will file a dispute with my credit card. Stay away from these guys, at best they have shady business practices.
I read so many bad reviews after i had already placed my order for a honda civic remote. I was hoping that it wouldnt turn out like all the reviews i had read. But sure enough i am another one that has been scammed. It has been 2 weeks and i still have yet to receive anything. When i check the tracking number i was provided it wasnt even shipped. Really?!? Very upset.
Ordered a remote for my car that I needed badly. Contacted them after my product was well overdue, and apparently the item was is back order which they failed to notify me about. When I asked for a rough estimate of when I would receive it, all they kept saying was about a week for them to get it then they would need ship it out, etc. Finally got it, and it's used, dirty and somewhat broken... wow... nice...
Ordered a switchblade for my Honda Civic SI to replace my secondary key. The Live Chat was no help to get the right key sent over. The instructions for installation were illegible and horribly laid out. My specific car model wasn't even in them, and the instructions for the other models didn't work either. What a waste of money. Do not buy from these guys, a lot of heartache and expense.
