Sarah, I ordered a key fob for my 2002 Sequoia. I read the instructions carefully and started the process. At the end of my first attempt, it did not work but the last instruction was "if it doesn't work, go back to step one and do it again. Son-of-gun, on my third attempt it works like a champ. Just do as it says! Order number *******.

Ordered a new key/remote for my 2009 Pontiac G8GT. I received my order within a few days. I did not have the new key cut but mounted the old key in the new remote with no problems at all. I then programed the new remote following instructions in my owners manual. All worked as expected. I did have to reprogram the old remote due to a new code after programing of the new remote. This was all explained in the owners manual. Any questions I may have had were answered in a You Tube video.

My experience with iKeyless was nothing short of excellent. I found them on a Google search looking to find spare keys for a used car that I had just purchased that only had one key provided. Keys were delivered 3 business days later that work better than the one key provided. Victor helped me with a follow-up question and the keys were apparently out the door. Would definitely recommend and use iKeyless again.

I ORDERED REMOTES FOR A 96 CHEVY. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEM IN STOCK. I EMAILED, CALLED, FINALLY CANCELLED ORDER. THEY SHOULDN'T WITHDRAW THE FUNDS UNTIL THEY SHIP THE ITEMS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP COULDN'T GIVE A CRAP IF I WAS HAPPY OR NOT! I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE USING THIS SITE.
Received 2 replacement remotes that we ordered last week. Took our vehicle with the remotes to the dealership and they could not be programmed. Speaking with Victor today it was determined they were not the right remotes for our model. Victor is mailing out free of charge 2 remotes that are for our model AND sending a return prepaid shipping label.

A: I ordered a keyless remote a week ago and when I called to find out why I hadn't received an email notification I was told that my unit was shipped and that an email was sent to me. After waiting a day and no email, I emailed the company and called. No response on email and could not get through to talk to anyone. Also checked my order online and retrieved a tracking number that doesn't seem to work either. Getting very frustrated with this company. Then called today only to be told it is not even available
