On 10/4/14, I purchased an ikeyless remote. I tried 6 times, exactly as per instructions to program my remote for my 2000 Toyota Avalon and it didn't work. I am now out $89.70 with tax, shipping and handling and that, on a single income, is a lot to be out of pocket. I do not want another one. I want only a refund. I have an attorney friend and hope to not resort to this. How do I receive my refund most immediately?

This place doesn't even deserve one star. After they sent me the wrong key and I tried to return it, they would not refund my money. Yes it was past the 30 days but it took me two months before I could find a locksmith that let me know it was the wrong one. When I called to inquire about returning it the guy was rude and told me the manager would call me the next morning. Never got a call. This company stinks!

Ikeyless is a great online site to purchase transponder keys and FOB's. I recently purchased two of each and they worked great (well one of the two FOB's). I had ordered the incorrect FOB. Their return process was great. They sent me a replacement FOB before I even sent back the wrong one. With with the replacement FOB they also sent back a postage paid address label. That is customer service.

The instructions they sent with the remote were only for keys, so that didn't help. Their informational video didn't seem to work on my Toyota, so I ended up finding directions that worked on YouTube. But the remote still didn't work. So, I started a chat with their website and discovered that my car has an aftermarket keyless system. So the remote doesn't work. I am going through the return process now and it seems to be fairly straightforward. Frustrating experience, but not their fault.

I ordered and received a key for our 2007 Honda Pilot. I took the key to a Professional Locksmith and they cut the key. The locksmith was unable to program the key stating the chip was not for a 2007 Honda Pilot. I purchased a key from the locksmith and they cut and programmed it. I returned the key from iKeyless and they verified it was not the right chip in the key for our Pilot. They have agreed to not only refund me the cost of the key but also the cost I incurred to have the key cut (which was charged by the Locksmith). I am impressed at iKeyless honesty and quick response to "make it right". I highly recommend this company!

I ordered a new per-cut key and remote for my 2008 Ford F-150. I had a couple of questions so I called and talked to Jamie Koestel. Jamie was able to answer all of my questions and gave me her direct e-mail to send a copy of my license and VIN number to pre-cut the key and she would take care of it personally. I received the key and remote promptly but neither would work. Jamie suggested I send photo's of my key and the new key for them to review but I couldn't get the photo's to transmit to her. Due to my frustration with modern technology, I decided to go to my Ford dealer as they would have to program the new key anyway. Jamie supplied me with the information to return the key and remote and very promptly credited my credit card. Jamie was very helpful and represents the company very well. I recently retired from a customer oriented business and would have loved to have someone like Jamie work for me! If she ever moves to Kalamazoo, Mi, she should look me up, I'm pretty sure I could get her a job! Because of Jamie, I would recommend Ikeyless.com and will give them another try... I know who to talk to!

I ordered 2 keyless remotes from iKeyless for my Buick. The initial package I received only had 1 remote in it. I had to wait another whole week to receive the second remote and the unlock button doesn't work. The price of these remotes were a whole lot cheaper from iKeyless but I guess that old cliché is right, you get what you pay for.

I bought a key that they said would work and it didn't. I went to the dealership to have it synced and cut and first they couldn't cut it because the metal was too hard and recommended I go to a locksmith. Then I went back to the dealership to sync my key again and they said it was not programmable and to send it back. What a huge waste of time and money. Not impressed at all.

Ordered a key fob for 2003 Town Car. Arrived in about 2 days. Tried to program according to instructions. No luck. On a hunch, tried the instructions for the 2004 Town Car. Everything worked, finished in about 2 minutes. A little disappointed they would have the instructions off like that but all in all not bad. Anybody reading this that is having trouble might give a try to going up or down a year. Worked for me.

I ordered a new case for my remote on 3/30. The key ring had worn through. It arrived 4/5. I half expected a used case because its for a 2001 car. But is a new case. The only downside with this site that I experienced was no shipment notification.

Ordered a key fob for my car, they had, by far the best price I could find online. That is about where the positives ended... The fob arrived in the mail in reasonable time (about 5-6 business days), but I noticed immediately upon opening the product that it was a USED FOB. Nowhere on the site did I find a notice telling me that I would be purchasing a used product. I decided I could get past that issue, as I did save a ton of money buying from this site. However, when I attempted to program the remote to my car, that's where my concerns were justified. The programming was accepted by my car, however, the remote did not work. The programming was done properly numerous times, and it still would not work. I got fed up, and went and purchased a remote from the dealership. Programmed that, and it worked on the first try. Ikeyless sold me a USED, DEFECTIVE REMOTE! Learn from my mistake, buy from a dealership. In the end, it will save you time and frustration. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and I think ikeyless has GREAT PRICES because they need to make up for being a borderline scam.

This company is a joke and they do not appear to care about honoring the product or service they offer. I ordered a remote on 3/11/14 before 12:30 PM EST. They did not mail it out that day, or any other day that week. The remote arrived on 3/25/14. That is not 2-5 business days, that is 11 business days. They also never acknowledged or responded to my email that I sent them, using their own "contact us" email.

I just talked to a very nice woman who said that the remote was on backorder but no one bothered to let me know, they also didn't bother to return my email. She offered me a 20% discount and sounded very apologetic for their errors. She said that shipping dept was supposed to have let me know about the backordered remote, and someone should be checking their emails for customer emails. I will get $8 back, not at all worth using this company.

Wish I would have looked up some reviews before using this site. Finally got my remote in the mail today, went to program it with the instructions and nothing. So I called and it turns out they sent me the wrong instructions. I finally get my car into program mode and the damn remote doesn't do jack. I called back and it turns out that the 97 mazda remote doesn't work on 97 mazdas well what the $#*!. So now I have more waiting to do for the Original remote to come in the mail fml

What a joke

What a joke. I emailed them and got no response. So contacted them again. Started a chat and almost immediately got a 'we are too busy message, email us again. Waited for over 30 minutes and still didnt get a response to my chat request. Their phone service sucks... they will put you to an extension and then tell you they are too busy. Call back later or email them. So I conclude their support line is supportLESS

I placed an order for a remote and remote skin 3 days after placing the order I then saw the negative reviews about the site, I emailed them after the 5th day because I couldn't review my tracking, I then emailed them and the claim it was shipped out and resent me the tracking number again, finally on the 7 day I called them I spoke to Amanda who then told me it's on back order I immediately canceled my order, I have never had this happen and I have ordered many things online, I am a mom of nb twins and I really don't have the time to sit at home thinking a package is going to arrive when it was never shipped, this is extremely unprofessional and a scam, my advice stay away from these people there are legit companies out there.

I have a 2004 Toyota Avalon and i ordered a new remote key for it for $73.7 days has gone by and still didn't receive a package or even an email from ikeyless.com. So i emailed them and i finally got a reply saying that it is on back order 1-2 weeks. I did some research on ikeyless and what i found out is that it is a scam. I emailed saying to refund my money and john said its going to take 1-3 days but i doubt i will get my money. Dont order from this place. Very pissed about this.
