As always e-trailer is a great resource and very knowledgeable company to deal with. Unfortunately though the last few items that I have ordered have been shipped through our extremely inefficient postal service and it has been taking 7 to 10 days to deliver after I receive the email that they have been shipped. Most other companies that I order parts through ship through UPS or FedEx and delivery is always 2 to 3 days. Its got to the point that I shop around now and if someone else has what I need the same price I order from them instead of e-trailer just so I don't need to wait so long to get it.
When I got an email saying that the etrailer basplates I ordered were not in stock and would take about a month to get I sent back that that it would be too late for me. I had to get on the road sooner than that. That night a representative called me and we were able to get the Blue Ox base plates shipped out right away. Thanks for the great service.
Purchased a double 10" drop hitch for use for a towed vehicle and bike rack, but later discovered it was going to be borderline clearance between bike rack and jeep. Contacted etrailer via instant message and they helped me work the issue, but discovered the hitch probably wasn't going to work. They immediately sent me all the necessary information to return the hitch if I needed to op for another product from another supplier.
Fortunately everything worked out great once everything was connected and completed a trial run. Great customer service and company who stands by product sold with priority being the customer.
This is exactly what I wanted, and it was one of the rare occasions that Amazon didn't answer my call, so very happy to find etrailer's easy to use store.
Ordered on 3/5, received on 3/14. Online tracking said order was not received at carrier facility. Emailed and called eTrailer. Was told it might take up 14 days for delivery. If you're in a hurry, pay for UPS or FEDEX. Received the product I ordered, appears to be in good shape.
Ordering and delivery were fabulous. However a couple of the hardware bags were tore open from transport and a 3/8" x 1.25" carriage bolt was missing. May have fell out when I opened box, not going to sweat it, picked on up and will do install this weekend.
The website was very well designed and easy to use. The chains it specified for my tire size fit well, but I would recommend that other customers practice putting them on at home before putting them on in snowy conditions.
This is the second hitch that I've purchased through etrailer. Prior to ordering I chatted with an agent regarding one of my add-ons. Once I confirmed that it was the right one, I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised to see that it would be delivered in just a couple days. More surprisingly, the order had shipped within hours of being placed. The whole experience was quite efficient and professional.
Tow mirrors arrived in good shape. They installed easily and fit perfectly. I was surprised at how factory they looked. Took my first trip and they performed perfectly. I have an 8' 6" wide trailer and could see down both sides without issue. So far, an excellent product.
As usual everything I ordered showed up quick, it is packaged well so contents are not damaged, and the parts are the exact fit for what I needed. Thank you guys for always answering all my crazy questions and getting me the right parts.
When the shipment was received one of the cases had broken latches. The e-trailer representative was quick to contact the manufacturer for me, and I had a replacement case within days. Way to go Lauren! I look forward to ordering from etrailer again in the future.

As per usual, trailers site was easy to navigate. The chat feature worked flawlessly. I ordered the AC Unit that they recommended as a direct replacement. Was worried when a technician said they are inconsistent with using the existing distribution box but mine was plug and play. Took longer to clean the roof where the old unit sat to ensure a good seal than it did to install it. The follow up from shipping and customer support were exceptional as well.
Have used E trailer several times and provided links to your website to several others. One suggestion, the information part of the website, like trailer wiring diagrams is very hard to find using the internal search system, I can find it only by using google outside of e-trailer.com, your diagrams are the best, so preffer to use them over the rest found in google.
Had to make room, the factory exhaust tips were in the way. One weld on the hitch made it difficult to install. It looked to be too big of a weld and the nut would not go on properly. Overall, good product and fit well.
The hitch receiver I ordered was just as described on the website. I especially liked the satin finish. Shipping was unusually fast considering the time of year.
I had already watched the installation video, so it wasn't that bad. I also installed the Curt wiring kit right after the hitch, and again, it went ok. Probably took close to 4 hours all together.
Detailed measurements for the stabilizer were posted online and were extremely helpful in determining that it would fit my existing bracket! Plus the stabilizer itself appears to be very well made.
I used the chat feature to ask a few questions about bike racks for electric bikes. I received good information quickly during the chat and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I ordered a rack and ramp and they arrived in two days. Everything was in good shape when I opened the boxes.
I accidently placed two orders for the same product. My mistake was caught by e-trailer customer service and only one of the orders was processed until they were able to confirm that I actually wanted two of the same item. I called to confirm the second order was a mistake. I was able to cancel the order before it was shipped saving me the hassle of returning the item. Thanks e-trailer
Very positive experience using etrailer.com! Item selection is vast, prices were competitive, shipping time was amazing, order communication was very thorough, and the customer service was top notch.
I ended up having a minor cosmetic paint blemish on a trailer wheel and the customer service team was more than willing to help me, giving me a few corrective action options to choose from. I chose a partial refund, which was processed immediately. Very happy!
