Easy to find my item and check out. Shipping is pretty slow but so is almost everything else right now. I got my items and nothing was damaged or missing. Thats a huge plus.

I placed an order for a b&w hitch and two keyed alike locking hitch pins around 6pm one evening. By 9pm the same day I got a notification that my order had shipped. I have always had excellent service from etrailer. Love my new b&w hitch and I'm satisfied with the locking pins.

They have a ton of informative videos about the products so you can make informed decisions.
Communication once your order is placed is second to none. Shipping is fast and they send you updates and all that good stuff.

The vehicle selection process and the curated products are a great start, but it is the videos that bring it home. I like being able to actually see what I am buying and how to install it ahead of time. This gives a certain level of confidence that the purchase will do what it is supposed to do that I can't get from Amazon.

E-trailer stands out from the rest with their communications. Despite having a massive selection and what must be an extensive rate of customer orders to deal with, e-trailer continues to impress with reliable, quick and friendly communications.

Product was as described and appears of good quality. Good instructional video ahead of order described install. Only issue when installing was some finessing to get the last of 6 bolts lined up and started. Torqued down fine after that.

Very hard to install like the video instructed. Kept on coming off the track. Finely used a flat screwdriver and forced it back on the track after I got it the full width of the cover. Then trimmed it. Had to do it to all four hinges.

I ordered two wheel and tires which did not fit my trailer which was my fault. The lug nut spacing on my trailer was 2 5/8" and the one they sent was 3". I should have measured a little closer so I had to take the new tires off the wheels they sent and put them on my old wheels.

Ordering this item on E-trailer was easy.
They informed me that the item would be delivered on 1/14/25.

A late gift from this previous holiday. I wasn't present to verify it's accuracy
On delivery, however, I did get a verbal from a family member.

Etrailer's fast and simple process made ordering parts worry free. We received all of the parts in one package, and it was earlier than the estimated delivery date.

Service was quick and came with all necessary hardware for make for tough but good installation I would of like to see some instructions to come with it

Speed was great, which did come at a financial cost seeing has I needed expedited shipping and we are dealing with heavy objects.

Packaging was an issue though, as about 1/4 of my tow hitch was sticking out of the box. It didn't appear damaged and I realize there is little the etrailer can do once they pass it to the hands of the delivery company, but steps in packaging can be taken to help mitigate, and when you pay over $100 just for delivery you feel a bit disheartened when you see stuff like that.

I needed a specific item to mount my license plate on my cargo carrier. The brackets weren't expensive and arrived in time for my road trip.

The prices were fair, the shipping was incredibly fast, and overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. I would definitely recommend this to others!

When I received my initial order the seal was not in there, I received 2 of the cable holders instead. I called and spoke with Kelly, she did some research and got the seal on order to be delivered to me asap as a storm was coming in and we needed our camper seal replaced to be able to use this weekend. She called me back and said that the original seal i ordered was out of stock and won't be back in stock till May. We did some research and she got me another seal and had it shipped. I received it yesterday, however, the weather has hit so I won't be able to see if it works yet, till after the storm. I did provide a 5 star rating because even with the issues and inconvenience this has caused their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend using E-Trailer for all your needs, they corrected the error and got the part out to me quickly. The GD manufacturer was no help with all of our RV issues, but E-Trailer helped us immensely! They have a customer for life.
