We were looking for something specific and they were the only place that had what we needed at a reasonable price. Ordering was simple. Received our order in a very timely manner. We haven't had a chance to use what we ordered yet is the only reason I'm not saying anything about that.

Very user-friendly website. Easy to find what I need and order it quickly. Delivery was very prompt.

Parts were fairly simple to install especially after watching the YouTube video but every experience will be slightly different, and sometimes getting things lined back up after taking things apart requires a little bit of creativity like ratchet straps to pull axles back into alignment, pry bars etc

Tried to install on a 1995 Ford F250- the frame kit did not fit like it was supposed to. Also the directions suck- there were 2 different set of directions for my year of truck and both didn't work

Ordered on 3/5, received on 3/14. Online tracking said order was not received at carrier facility. Emailed and called eTrailer. Was told it might take up 14 days for delivery. If you're in a hurry, pay for UPS or FEDEX. Received the product I ordered, appears to be in good shape.

Ordered replacement oil bath caps made out of aluminum rather than plastic (2 have cracked just sitting in my driveway). Confirming the right aluminum cap replacement was questionable because the description and specs DID NOT include the thread diameter, only the overall cap diameter which didn't help me verify a match to my plastic caps. Calling customer service also didn't help because they don't have access to the actual parts. Parts arrived, wrong size, working with Customer Service to resolve.

The video that said 2012 was different than my 2012. The hitch was fine the install was harder than expected. Tough to reach bolts made it impossible to use impact drill which I knew going in but even then could barely get a wrench on some bolts. Engineers fault not etrailer. Hitch does what it does pulls stuff. Wiring Light connector easy to install makes lights go on. Only advise Turn bolts slowly by hand to take off rear light assembly. I've seen them snap inside plastic when using power.

I traded my car in and needed a new hitch, so I returned to E trailer based on my previous experience of installing my own hitch and getting seven years of good use out of it.
It would've been ideal if I could have merely purchased a different bracket that would adjust my old hitch to the new car, but I don't truly know if that is even possible.
Nonetheless the hitch was delivered promptly, and I was able to install it on my own. Very happy with the result.

Please add better shipping options for your products. The only other expedited shipping option offered for this order was over $30. UPS is only a few dollars more than USPS but much better service.

First off, I want to say, really appreciate e-trailer's how to videos.
I ordered my hinge on a Saturday, with an ETA of the following Saturday. Well, I received it on Thursday, 2 days earlier than scheduled - I was glad for that, and got started on the project one day earlier.

It was fast and easy great website found everything I needed online. It came quickly in the mail i'm happy that etrailer chose the US PS as their carrier

I bought some replacement cradles for a yakima bike carrier. Their staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell. It's like going to any other in-person supply house, only it's not in-person.

I have worked very closely with Madison to make a valiant attempt at upgrading my Drum brakes to Disc. There were some pitfalls and Madison was awesome and extremely helpful in getting me the correct parts. Her positive attitude and parts knowledge made what could have been a painful experience a very positive experience. Madison is now my first call when I need anything trailer related.

I was weary of purchasing from this website as I had never heard of it, and was very skeptical because we inquired about a camper part for our awning that was significantly cheaper here, enough to make you think it's a scam. We decided to take this risk and order the part anyways, and I was so pleased when realizing how fast they shipped the item, as well as how fast I received it. It was exactly the part I needed, and I am extremely pleased!

They work perfectly. Great color and the material seems like it will be easy to shake out or hose off. Our 2 steps inside the RV are hard rubber so we wanted to protect them even though they were easy to clean. These mats are perfect.

I watched the videos and downloaded the instructions prior to ordering, to gauge if this was within my abilities. The hitch arrived on time, with all required hardware. Installation was relatively easy, even without a second set of hands (having a small floor jack helped).

It's always been great customer service, friendly staff filled with knowledge and always wanting not just willing to help! Prices are good products are good with good representation and measurements of what I'm getting! I always will go to trailer first!

I ordered trailer rims and realized that I ordered them in camouflaged finish. I sent an email and William answered me back immediately and said "give me a call" I couldn't believe my eyes! Could it be an actual, real life person, providing personal customer service? YES, it was! Not only did William cancel my mistakenly placed order but he placed the correct one over the phone for me and the rims were delivered within a few days. There will be no other company I will ever use in the future when ordering trailer equipment for our Navy crafts. Thanks William, you ROCK!
