This online marketplace purposely preys on, and robs seniors! They realize we are soft targets so they will double charge you, hold your funds when you demand them back, send wrong hardware for wheel installment, are rude and non-responsive, etc. As soon as they get a hold of your money, they will ignore you and not let go of your funds. Don't say you haven't been warned. Lev Peker, CEO is to blame. He has made his career by running these kinds of sites and has obviously taught his workers how to expertly grift their customers. Shame on you!

I recently ordered the AVS Bugflector for my 21 Dodge Durango & I received the completely wrong item for the wrong vehicle. The process to return the item was initially quick & simple, until a follow up email requested the same information and pictures. Although I did receive the correct item, the process was tedious & repetitive based on their mistake. As a long time customer, this was not the first time a mistake has occurred, but the return process was far more simple & quicker. Yes mistakes happen, but not happy with this mistake, moreso the process to correct their mistake & not sure I'll remain a customer combined with longer delivery times (once the item ships, the blame shifts to the delivering party) & shipping prices have become more expensive for multiple items compared to ordering items one at a time. Identical items for the same items are available on ebay & amazon with free shipping &/or shipping at a far less cost & quicker service.

Received parts on April 10,2015 by FED EX but when
I open the back I found out that the parts were broken. I contacted customer service immediately and sent photos of damages as requested but as of now I don't receive any reply from them.

I found the wheels online that I really liked a lot and it said guaranteed to fit and they didn't. However I liked the wheels enough to modify my brake caliper some to make them work. When I opened the wheels up that were just wrapped in plastic I found 2 of them damaged. After contacting Car Id I was then forced to deal with Fed ex for shipping damage instead of just making it right for me and going after re-imbursement for the damaged wheels on their own. I supplied pictures of the damaged wheels, packaging, tracking information and everything all to be told "fed ex" wanted more information and pictures. At which point I emailed back asking exactly what else they want for pictures just to receive an email days later stating my claim was denied for not sending additional pictures. So clearly no one took the time to read the email that clearly asked what other information or pictures was needed. After fighting this back and forth they finally made it right and sent me 2 replacement wheels. Not to mention the tire pressure sensors do not program that I paid for and has a highway vibration but they were "road force balanced". Overall I'm not very happy with my experience and feel like the company should have taken care of the customer over obvious shipping damage instead of making me jump through loops to prove it was indeed shipping damage.

Headlights fit great look great work just fine. Only problem is the harness that came with. It doesn't support highbeams.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions. Anyway, the mufflers are on their way back to the manufacturer. We will issue a full refund to your account upon receipt.
