I ordered a product mid-day on the 7th (4 days ago) and still my order says "Order Recieved) yet when I was checking out it was said my order would ship same day. I even talked to a customer service rep who said it would be put on a truck either yesterday (10th) or today (it hasn't happened)
I spent over 400. Just to be notified that parts are on back back order. Plus the radiator i bought was open box return. My bad for not asking if they ever did pressure test on it.
The radio works almost as advertised. Everything but the Bluetooth music is functional. Radio, Bluetooth cellphone calls, CD player all work but it does not allow Blutooth music to play via the aux button on the radio. For $400 I'd like to have everything work but I'll have to buy a Bluetooth aux/FM adapter to play my Pandora or Amazon Music apps.

The tailpipe was described as scratched which would have been ok, however it is flat out unusable. The hanger had been completely cut off and the exhaust opening badly bent so that it won't even go over my exhaust pipe. It was grossly misrepresented on your website and a complete waste of $115. This piece is scrap at best. I deserve a full refund

I spoke with a man in customer service about my email being wrong with my present order. He solved all my problems & sent a new receipt to my right email. I will definitely do business with them again.
I ordered a HD tire mount on 3/30 that was supposed to arrive on 4/1. It is now 4/1 and the item still hasn't shipped, and now they are saying it will probably be 4/7 before i even get a tracking number. Horrible customer service and offered no reason for the delay other than trying to say it was the websites fault.

I was having some technical issues with my purchase. I used the chat option and eventually got on the phone with their customer support rep, Leo, who was nothing short of amazing. We didn't get the problem fixed during the call but later that evening I managed to finalize the transaction thanks to his help. Top tier experience to say the least.
Instructions were kind of lacking, but I figured it out. No wire to open the latches. I can shade tree mechanic that. No carriage bolts for joining the panels to the rail, I was able to use other style bolts. But it looks good. And I got er done.

I spoke with Todd S. And he was professional and very knowledgable. It was easy and my order was placed. I received the confirmation email and then the next day the email that my cover had shipped.
In received my cover from FedEx this morning and plan on installing this weekend.

Purchased a PPE transmission pan and when it showed up it was obviously used and the aluminum had a grinder used on it to try and cover use but salt stains and rock salt damage was present. A 3rd party reseller apparently sells these through extreme terrain. I would advise extreme terrain to drop these idiots for trying to defraud customers with used products.

Chose to go a different route on some upgrades, return process was easy and with a reasonable return shipping cost, some like companies issue a rma number for returns costing the value of the return nearly. Extreme terrain will definitely get more of my business in the future.
