I ordered bumper for truck and later that afternoon I realized I wasn't going to be home when it was supposed to be delivered, so I emailed company to change delivery date, but it was delivered on original date. Luckily it was still there when I got home, not even sure person did anything they said they were going to do.
Price was good. Received on time as expected. Tracking was good. Have not installed yet but appears to be well made.Good instructions. Over all great service and good produce. Very satisfied.

The shoping experience itself was good and the prices were better than Amazon. The shipping company is probably one of the worst choices in the world and you would be better off shipping the hinges through the postal service tbh. The product actually might have gotten here sooner.
I ordered a product mid-day on the 7th (4 days ago) and still my order says "Order Recieved) yet when I was checking out it was said my order would ship same day. I even talked to a customer service rep who said it would be put on a truck either yesterday (10th) or today (it hasn't happened)
I bought replacement hardware to attach each to top of my car. This review might need to be amended since I'm asked to review before receiving order. Not sure when that will occur since the review request is the only communication I have received since placing order. No update to delivery date

I've spent maybe $2k between American Trucks and Extreme Terrain just over the last week and there's been no type of discount, money back, or rewards opportunity. All I'm getting is junk mail, 5 to 10 times a day between the two sites, asking me to come back and spend more. Over the years I've spent thousands from these sites and still. No type of appreciation. At least with Amazon, I get 5% back to spend on other stuff.

Very quick turn around time on delivery. Price was fair.
Actual radiator had a broken plastic clip for base of shroud. And the bolt patterns are off. The AC Cooler and fan shroud do not line up properly. Could not use bottom bolts for AC and Shroud is tight against top hose. I needed to put in quickly so will sacrifice imperfection. Also way to many emails after purchase.

I just bought a jeep and needed the rails to step into jeep. Found some on Extreme Terrain website. Great price, fast delivery and easy to install. I would have given five stars except one of the bolts couldn't be used. I can still use the rails just without the one bolt.
Everything went fine except that the $250 Gift certificate was sent way to early, like 10 days before Christmas. Possible I missed something about when to send it but I didn't see anything asking when I would want delivery of an email gift certificate. Disappointed in that, o/w okay.
Purchased a PPE transmission pan and when it showed up it was obviously used and the aluminum had a grinder used on it to try and cover use but salt stains and rock salt damage was present. A 3rd party reseller apparently sells these through extreme terrain. I would advise extreme terrain to drop these idiots for trying to defraud customers with used products.

Was looking for a heavy duty tie rod and draglink. Found it on extreme terrain for $799, glad I looked elsewhere because I found the exact same product for $687 on Amazon and it was delivered earlier than expected.
I was told it has been delivered but have not received it. Looked everywhere around the outside of my home.

Horrible experience. I have received bed cap molding pieces and clips on them are broken right out of the box. Return process is a huge pain. Extreme Terrain won't ship a replacement until photos are taken and the box has been delivered to a Fedex center. I need to put a tonneau cover on and have already waited 2 days to receive these. Now, I have to wait even longer.
Order Nilight pods - received - quickly no issues - Disappointed- did not come with wiring harnesses- I could have misread it - Considering it was 80 bucks - found my way to Nilght.com — wait for it …….
Same if not better: 4 inch pod lite - with harness and switch to boot less than 45( not incl shipping)
Since they didn't have the wheels in their Kansas City warehouse, where the tires were, they told me they can't mountain balance them and there's no local shop available pretty disappointed
I'm disappointed with my experience ordering from Extreme Terrain. I placed an order for Tacoma parts, and not only was the delivery delayed without proper updates. The company offers a military discount which I didn't stumble upon until after I had placed my order and I didn't want to cancel my order just to resubmit and run into the issue of delays given potential for it to go out of stock. I expected better reliability and not constant automated emails to leave a review.

Your app or the phone I'm using legs. I'm not happy with your app. I'll be honest. Drives me crazy try to order. Something wants to order it. Five times I look in the thing there's five things. The thing doesn't move around quick enough. I don't like your app I'd rather be able to call somebody and order something over the phone then actually have to go through all this besides my fingertips are numb from chemotherapy treatments from cancer so it's just really frustrating for me. This is not my forte.
Ordering was easy, but when I opened it, one of the 'ears' was bent down and there was no mounting hardware or instruction on how to safely secure into the bed of my truck.
