Ordering was easy, but when I opened it, one of the 'ears' was bent down and there was no mounting hardware or instruction on how to safely secure into the bed of my truck.
My experience was great went online searched for my item added it to my car checked it out got delivered before Christmas. Great quality products and fast shipping will definitely be purchasing more orders in the near future.
The bull bar arrived with the end of the tubing poking through the carton on both ends. The tubing was marred and out of round. The directions were poorly presented and far more difficult than I was led to believe from the on-line description. Unless your prepared to take it to a shop for installation, I would avoid do-it-yourself.

Ordered a rack for my jeep.5 stars was awesome. Decided to add fog lights and found ones that said they fit. They did not. We're too small and did not plug into the factory harness. Went online and spend an hour trying to upload proof pictures that there website would except. Ended up screen shot the photos. Everything looked good said was excepted. Choice was refund. Not interested in anymore fun with you. Got an enpmail wanting more pic. NOT WORTH THE EFFORT

When I ordered my part on Tuesday the 7th I was informed by your site that it would be here Friday the 10th. Instead, it was not delivered until Tuesday the 14. So that was not cool. Overall the part appears to fit right in no issue still have to test it out

I' have order twice from you guys now, both times i ordered side steps for my truck, and BOTH TIMES, you guys have shipped out either wrong ones or MISSING parts, i will tell my friends and family to not trust your site as you lost a customer, which you probably don't care about either way

I messed up my online order and a quick call to customer service got it ironed out. Very polite yet got everything done as I wanted it. If I could give Extreme Terrain customer service a higher rating than a five I would. Good experience!
I ordered the Ironman 4x4 stubby front bumper and had to pay $149 for freight. Received it 9 days after ordered and when I opened the box it was the wrong item. The item that was delivered wasn't even a bumper. Already contacted return department. But I'm kind of pissed I had to pay for freight shipping and got the wrong thing.

Shopping is usually great, definitely like the videos that you post with or for install. The soft-,top I got for my 2dr jk, was Smitty. The product was a little different than in the video. Actually the item was better and had improved features on it.
I have a build I'm trying to button up before Rausch creek in April. I was looking for a specific water storage tank. Dan helped me out excellent service. Also went over a few other things I'll be looking at soon
We ordered the Rivet Style Fender Flares (open box), that were to include the molding and hardware. Upon arrival, the hardware that was included was missing due to not being sealed up correctly. When I asked Kimberly what was included in the sale, she sent a picture of the parts that were included in the purchase. It showed the installation hardware was included. It was lost because the shipper at Extreme Terrain did not zip up the bag and the washers, nuts and screws were loose in the box. Fed Ex put 2 of them on top of the box. We were offered a $45 dollar credit with a NO RETURN option. Apparently they know that the hardware was unavailable and we would be stuck with an unusable part. Spoke with 4 people today. When we asked for a supervisor, the girl said there was no one in today. She then said there was there and asked why we would need to talk to one and refused.
Last order got messed up also. I believe I spoke with James C previously about the problems with the last order.

I put the lift on it took 6 hours. Looks great but the instructions were terrible and the parts are not labelled at all several bags not labelled. I would recommend revamping the instructions and label parts to list what goes where.
I've ordered a lot of parts for my Jeep through the years and Exteme Terrain has always delivered in a timely fashion. All parts were high quality and as described.
This is my second order from you and just like the first one it is all messed up before it even gets here! Placed two large orders in the last 6 months and both were wrong. Customer service was nice but new very little about the product. Not very happy!
I like the way everything is tailored for your year make and model that way you know what you ordered will fit and with video instructions on how to install them.
They sent wrong part with steering upgrade kit which I did not know until parts were installed. Call them to inform about and they would not ship part next day. Said only standard shipping. I have one car which is now out of commission due to company mess up of shipping g wrong part. I have rent car now until part is received & installed. You would think a company would want to get item shipped ASAP and in my hands next day but not Extreme Terrain. Never buy from them again. Could not even get a manager on line to talk to. Company owes me for renting a car.

I've had the opportunity to order several products from these guys and everything I have gotten has been top tier quality and craftsmanship. The last order I placed I didn't receive the product due to a mishap with FedEx. I reached out to Extreme Terrain and they are sending a replacement. The customer service is absolutely amazing. The same day I was supposed to receive another package from Rough Country and it must have been the same driver for FedEx because I also didn't receive it either. I reached out to Rough Country and they said there wasn't anything they could do. Extreme Terrain has gained a customer for life from me. GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS!
