Hood looks great. Arrived with no damage. Does need a shorter hood latch if you want the factory latching mechanism to work. Comes with Sparco hood pins to secure the hood since the latch doesn't work.

I ordered my part received a error on checkout and ordered again. Was charged twice, called the same day and thought it was fixed. I received a tracking number, it never updated. Called again was told to wait 24 business hours. Called again, product was never shipped. Was told they were sending another free of charge (I already paid for it). They couldn't overnight ship it even if I paid. Received it a week after originally ordering and purchasing.

The packages were delivered to the wrong address both times.
The rims are not designed for a Chevy Aveo, I had to install it without the center cap because they did not fit and I had to make adjustments to the caliper brake caliper on the front brakes to make them fit.

Ordered wheels in mid-Novermber for a Christmas gift. Expected ship date listed on website was first week of December. They did not ship until after Christmas. I had to call CarID multiple times to get an update. Finally received around New Years, and a wheel was damaged in shipping. I was asked if I wanted a partial refund or a replacement. I requested a replacement. Received an email the next day that I had a store credit. Had to call to have another wheel purchased with the credit. After almost a month of no updates, I called AGAIN, only to be told it hadn't been ordered and now that wheel was not available. The manufacturer had to get the wheel in a different color and powder coat it. After multiple additional delays, order finally shipped in early APRIL. I have never spent so much time on the phone trying to get something fixed that wasn't my fault. I got a $100 store credit for the initial delay in November, but that's about it. No apology or anything. Do not recommend.

Purchased item for car that said exact fit, image looked the same, same color, same size and same thread. When I recieved the item I was given this part that was completely different. Giving the benefit of the doubt I tried to install it just to find it wasnt even close to the original, when attempting to get my money back they said they could do anything because I installed it and they couldn't "sell it anymore". Complete scam of a website with fake images and descriptions, I recommend using any other website including ebay since it's probably the same quality but half the price and they allow refunds. I even provided clear images of the real part and the part they sent me and all they kept saying was I'm sorry but it's policy.

Purchase inner wheel well liners for 2024 Ram 2500 and when they arrived they were not at all what was illustrated. Called several times and was on hold an average if 45 minutes. Which sucks. Finally talked to someone and explained the situation. Was told I would have to wait for a return authorization. That took 5 days. Then I only received authorization for 1 of the two parts. Contact again through the ridiculous call center again. Same response must wait for a return authorization. Even though parts were shipped in same box. So now I have two return authorizations and two shipping labels. Ship back parts. Wait another 7 days. Received refund for 1 of the parts Go back to customer service and run around after run around. The next story I get is that return was damaged and I would have to wait another 7 days for response from shippers. Finally had enough of this Bull and opened PayPal case. Finally received my refund. Absolutely the biggest fiasco I've ever had with an online retailer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS

My experience was okay. I ordered running boards for my Chevy Trailblazer. I know that I selected a particular set. When I checked out, I noticed that not one, but two sets were in my cart. I know I didn't put it n twice. Then when I received my running boards, they were the wrong ones. They were ones that I had originally looked at, but not the ones I ordered. Somehow, that was messed up as well. Now I have to pay for return shipping plus the cost to ship the ones I had originally wanted. That's $80+ more now out of pocket.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
