Have been looking for rims for quite awhile and finally found what I wanted for my 2007 Escalade. Put the order in and had some difficulty with my credit card company. Called the customer service number, spoke with Jarred and got it taken care of. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the rims are beautiful! I received them within a week. I am very pleased with the quality of my he product and the service.

It was a bit of a challenge installing seat covers, but with the included plastic tool and videos on YouTube had success completing the custom look. Very impressed how all seams lined up and the tight precise fit! Glad to have the safety feature of openings for air bags. Happy to see it resist spilled water on first outing.

Got the right parts, but the site promised they'd be delivered 3 days before they actually show up. Now, I'm no stranger to dealing with logistics companies, thus I know that once the package leaves, you're at the mercy of the shipping company. To that end, therefore, don't promise delivery no later than a certain day. My package was supposed to arrive two days after I ordered it, but it arrived 5 days later. So in order to avoid this, I'm not going to purchase car parts through this site anymore. Don't make promises you can't keep.

After searching the internet for days trying to find a replacement hood for my car that didn't charge more for shipping than the actual hood, i stumbled across CarID. Com and found the hood for nearly half the price of the other places, even ebay. I received it a couple of days after purchase. I haven't actually open it up yet because I won't be the one installing it and we're still waiting on other vital parts to get here but I will come back and update. I had to call them four times and deal with the same exact answers of people saying give us 24-48 hours or however long they would say. Nobody ever called me back like they said and I always had to initiate. All of this was over the course of three weeks and only for two items.

First I found my part online. Then I ordered it over the phone. I'm glad it came quickly and the part was cheap. Hopefully the part is good quality as it does look of good quality. I haven't installed the front engine mount into my 08 Nissan Quest just yet but I believe it will work well and last a while the part is clean from grease, and looks new. I will definitely remember this site in case I need other parts in the future.

I ordered new headlights for my 2014 Ford focus. The parts arrived and I placed the box in my garage waiting for a time where I could install them. When I opened the box, I discovered the driver side front headlight magnifying lens was not in place was loose and broke the headlight that came with the kit. The material is all glued plastic, and it looks like the magnifying lens was never properly placed, and has been vibrating around, breaking the interior of the sealed lighting unit..

Loved the website, ordering was a breeze; and then it all derailed from there.
Thought it would ship in 24 hours, it was four days. Then the shipper, because it was h easy (148 lbs) claimed i wasn't home to sign... not only was that not indicated when I ordered but I was home. Driver didn't want to pick it up apparently. Had to pick it up myself, good thing I brought someone because I'm disabled. Again weight wasn't specified. Boxes were fragile torn and ripped up. Inadequate for product. But they asked for a review. Product is what i expected.

The lights are lovely and they were packaged very well, only a small problem with the fact there were no resistors included on the lights so for my panther car they hyperflash. Not a big deal, it can be fixed very easily, great site to order from!

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
