I had an issue with one of my products of which StackSocial was doing customer service. I think I sent my email at about 2.51pm, and got my response at about 2.53pm the same day. Yep, that's a response time of about 2 minutes. My issues were resolved within that one email too, I might add. Do I recommend StackSocial? Yes, very, very much so :)
I had an issue with some software I purchased from Stacksocial. I sent an email to customer service around 4:30 PM PST and had an answer by 6:15 PM when I next checked my email. I was surprised and pleased at how fast my question was answered and I'm enjoying my purchase.
I purchased a few items through StackSocial, mostly services but a few products as well. One of the services had user authentication issues so customer service refunded me after one email (surprising this day and age). I also bought headsets that surpassed the expected delivery date by a week and after emailing customer service the headset arrived in 3 days.
Got excellent customer service with download issues after purchasing product. Mike and Jimmy were quick to response and offer alternative solution that worked great. Thanks again guys.
What a ripoff. Purchased their White hat ethical hacker training course through Eduonix. Only half of the class was provided! There would be a 'list of topics to be discussed' and videos for half of these topics. They offered a 10% credit, no refund based off of their terms of service. Avoid!
UPDATE:
I should update this to say that they did end up offering a refund + 10% but I really don't care to use their service again. Keep in mind my review is for their TRAINING, not their other products. I've bought a few things with them and they were great deals and I had no problem. But I bought training from them and it was a total joke. I believe their training section is separate from their goods section.
Ordered bluetooth ear buds on March 29th. Site said expect delivery 3 - 4 weeks. It's nearly 8 weeks now and still no product. I see today that it finally shipped. Customer service did respond to my emails w/i a day. My advice is try E-Bay before these guys, you'll get your order in minimum time.
Ordered my item on March 28th. Now it is May 14th. They keep making empty promises about tracking numbers and they still haven't provided one. I have sent several emails and they have ignored the last few. Not sure how a company can survive like this but I warn people from purchasing anything from them. If you really want to provide great customer service offer a refund or the product and a credit for the inconvenience.
I ordered the battery through Mac Observer Deals and StackSocial was the seller. I received the product within ten days and so far, it's doing very well. Would recommend Stacksocial to others.
I wasn't happy about Bluetooth Cloud Earbuds I bought from StcakSocial. I filled out form on their website requesting permission to return them for a refund, even though the order confirmation said "non-refundable". Within an hour I received an email from StackSocial saying they had processed a refund for me, and what's more, I don't even have to return them since they are defective. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. No hassle!
Had to get a new bank card issued after they tried to register my card for unorthrised use.
Avoid at all costs, scamming company openly commiting fraud.
I ordered a set of bluetooth earbuds for mothers day. Shipping stated 3-4 weeks so I had allowed 6 weeks just in case. After 4 weeks I contacted them to find out what was going on. It had been handed on to their 'supplier', yeah right. Still waiting for help and a dispatch notice at the 6 week mark and mothers day is here now, I requested a refund. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with through internet purchases. Never again with Macdeals or Stacksocial.
After numerous ignored e-mails to Customer Service about an undelivered product, PayPal intervened and got my money back. I had ordered one of their "deals" which, as I later discovered, was not a deal at all, but the usual "discounted" price available elsewhere. The only (very late) reply I got indicated that the "usual" shipping time for the item I ordered was 3-4 weeks. This was not indicated in the ordering process. After waiting for 5 weeks for a shipping notice, and after several more inquiries, I asked PayPal for help--and got my money back. StackSocial should be called StackScammers.
Brandon R. Got me the part I needed amazingly quickly. I had searched and searched for it,
Even searched the manufacturer up and down, was reconciled to making another part work and fit (poorly), but at that point, choices were zip and nzip. Then, on a lark, I e-mailed StackSocial my dilemma, and Brandon made it happen in a couple days. This part costs about $5, but I was taken care of like an investor, and I positively envied how handily the process went. E-mail, quick response with plan, Thank you and here comes the part!
Not easy to find this level of service these days, not easy to find someone willing to provide after-purchase help regardless of the money. Makes me happy AND satisfied.
I received fantastic customer service from Brandon R. His responses were timely and courteous. I felt like someone was truly listening & sincerely cared. My concern was addressed to 100% satisfaction. Well done!
My items took forever to arrive, so long that I canceled my order and asked for and received a refund. Jimmy of customer service finally obtained my refund for me and processed my request very quickly. The items arrived today.
My rating is an average of 2 for the overall experience and 5 for Jimmy.
If you have an issue, they reach out to you immediately and provide the best that they can offer. I was given free promotions due to some trouble I had subscribing to a package. I don't regret trying out their new services at all.
I had purchased a Power Vault ******* from them and when it finally arrived (I knew it would take time to get in) I was thrilled. It worked great out of the box, So I had thought. I had filled it up totally and used my iPad Air and my iPhone 5s to drain it. I recharged it and left it alone for a few days. I went to use it to charge my iPhone (I heard you have to nuke these a few times to get full potential) and it was DEAD. Thought this was a fluke. After 3 tries it still died.
I contacted Stack Social and Poof they sent out another. I knew there was a wait but sure enough it showed up and has been flawless. Holds a charge well and testing it with a usb tester from Banggood (this one shows mah being charged to the device) it usually hits around ******* mah.
I ordered the Koar bluetooth ear buds. The product arrived as pictured and buds work great.
Big savings over retail.
Product was shipped within the time frame stated.
Quick customer response to my questions.
I'm a very happy customer, will order other items with confidence.
I believe I've contacted Stack Social twice and have nothing but great service! I've always received quick responses (within 20-30 minutes) from the time I sent a question and a few times under 5 minutes. I know I said I contacted them only twice but there were more than one email after the initial question was asked and answered if anyone was wondering!
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
