Due to a typo on my part, the address where my shipment was supposed to go was incorrect. Stack Social, being a third party seller, was not able to change the address for me, but got in contact with the seller and the package arrived at the right address! Way to go, Stack Social. And thanks to Jimmy, the Customer Service Rep who took care of the whole thing.
Great response from customer service when requesting a refund due to an error I made.
This is a "flash sale" site. Horrible internet marketing. They don't ship until the "flash sale" is finished. For me that meant 14 days after my order. I didn't know when I ordered, so the delay is on me. Never again will I order from a flash sale site. Just horrible.
I have purchased several products from StackSocial through their association with maclife.com. They have a good selection of products for the Mac and IOS devices. They have some neat items you don't see elsewhere, great prices and some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I can't recommend them more highly.
I purchased "Simplex Solutions Inc's VPN Unlimited: Lifetime Subscription" from StackSocial, as mentioned before, the product got to me right after paying, after the great shopping experience from StackSocial, I was let down by Simplex Solutions Inc's customer support, who told me things, that were not true about there product, the service i got from the product was poor, when i connected to a United Kingdom VPN, i was told by google i was connected to a United Arab Emirates VPN, The connection drops out every now and again, stopping videos from playing, i went back to StackSocial and reach out to them asking for help with the misleading customer support Simplex Solutions Inc's supplied me, and explained to them what was said, and how the product performed, StackSocial agreed with me, and did everything in there power to sort the matter out, let's say they sorted Simplex Solutions Inc out, and now im a very happy customer! Thank you for standing by your customers StackSocial, and giving great value for money
Superlative customer service: responsive, expedient, efficient, and decisive!
My favorite site for programs and tech training bargains!
Everything I bought - gadgets and software - works great, just as advertised. Items are still available for download on "My Purchases" page even a year later. Support was always quick to reply when I had a question. I recommended them so often on Google+ I receive a warning for "standards violation" (sorry, my friends and groups). I just wanted to share something good.
KUDOS from Brazil!
My product was lost and I was pissed because I had already paid for it. I complained and low and behold did they ever come thru. They absolutely bent over backwards to help get the problem resolved, which made me very happy of course,
Quick delivery of great products and when I ordered the wrong items they very quickly cancelled the order and refunded me.
5 Items that I ordered were delivered fast and easy! Had a problem with documentation of receipts due to my own error. Help ticket was answered promptly and with the exact info I needed to correct my predicament.
Big thanks to Brandon Robbins!
They take your money before they send your product. Bought item 3 weeks ago still nothing. Worst company I ever delt with save your time and money and go to Amazon or EBay.
Over 1 year buying softwares with them and never had any king of problems. A Really good choice for those seeking quality software at low prices. I never bought products because I live outside the US, but always appear interesting things. Recommend.
I wouls like thakls all support team special thanks to
Brandon Robbins for hel about me command also you MIke i leve the after buy service
I ordered "bedphones," tiny, lightweight on-ear headphones for about 2/3 the price listed on Amazon. I was told they'd take up to 2 weeks to arrive. They came in less than a week. The product and shipping time were as advertised. I'd read some unfavorable reviews here and was concerned, but my experience was good. Only drawback was, no tracking info for shipping, but that really wasn't a problem for me.
Ordered my item 40 days ago when they promised to have it shipped in 14-21 days will be using paypal to get my money back do not trust them
They do not send confirmation emails or anything!
Absolutely Terrible. I'm still waiting for my order from October that arrived in early December but immediately had to be sent back due to being defective. It's been a month since I sent it back, and after asking for an update, they asked for a tracking number to see if it had been returned. UPS says it was delivered to them in December. Totally not worth the hassle and they Still refuse a refund.
Don't DO IT. Ordered Nov18th No sign of my item even though it was Confirmed shipped with a tacking number by the 21st of November. But the item never left China for 2 weeks. Now it is over a month since the original transaction. I contacted Stack Social and heard all the nice apologies and a new promise to reship. Got a new bogus tracking number 3 days afterward. That tracking number also failed to track anything so I never wasted anymore time and made contacted with Paypal. They are handling my case as a dispute. The item was originally ordered for a Christmas gift but at this late date I no longer need it. Paypal is refunding my account if Stacksocial doesn't respond and make it right by the end of Dec.
I had a FANTASITC experience with StackSocial. I purchased a FreedomPop phone service and had nothing but trouble with it. It had been several months since I made the purchase since I was trying to get the service to work. I finally gave up but FreedomPop wouldn't give me a refund even though the phone had terrible service in my area. I didn't actually think it would do any good, but I wrote to StackSocial explaining my problem. They said I had suffered enough and they refunded the $189 charge which is more than they received from the sale.
After I waited for 2 weeks without a single update, I contacted them asking when it's expected to ship. They said I'll have to wait another 4 weeks... So, basically, it's 6 weeks before an item is shipped, then I'll have to wait for it to be delivered. The company behind this is Zendesk. They are supposed to be expert in customer service. Fail big time.
After reading all the disappointing reviews about this company, I have canceled my preemptive order of $360+. Why? Because at checkout everytime I tried to put a "special code" in to redeem the webpage fired back an "error code" but no valid reason as to why the code wouldn't work. Sometimes I couldn't access my cart because the button wouldn't work. I couldn't link this account to my Facebook account; again button issues. They offer the chance to "chat" with someone in customer support but that option doesn't really exist. You have to do some detective work to find their business phone # but it directs you back to the website... etc. Etc. FORGET IT! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
