The guys over at StackSocial do their very best to ensure that all their customers are happy with their products. Even when the shipper forgot something, or anything happened out of the ordinary, the customer service team always seem to have my best interest at heart. It's great to have that piece of mind that i have a entire team that only want me to have the best online experience possible. Definitely refreshing to deal with such professionalism.

Absolutely hands down top notch customer service with an impressive history of incredible Mac Bundles. I have bought from this company numerous times. Looking at the reviews here, I see that some people gave low marks to this company and I just cannot understand how that could be. I had one issue (very small) with a sale that was over a year old and the rep at StackSocial spent a huge amount of time assisting me and even offering me a StackSocial credit if the wrinkle could not be ironed out. The problem was fixed. I am still grateful I did and can do business with this company. I can't wait to see what is in the next bundle.

I am now waiting on 2.5 months of waiting on a product that that was supposed to be shipped in 2-3 weeks. Customer service is prompt and within a day when they lie to you that a product will ship. When you show them that they are lying and the product they said they would ship in a week 4 weeks ago, they lie some more or don't respond.
I used a PayPal dispute to divorce myself from this order.
I had ordered a program through "Stack Social" that after a day I figured I would not need it as I had originally thought. It had a " no refund " clause in it that I didn't realize when I purchased it. Contacted Stack Social and with the help of Jimmy I got a full refund in Stack Social credit plus an extra 10% set up in an account for me on my next order. Jimmy bent over backwards to please me and am so Happy with their service.
Even though the discount period was over for the item I wanted, the staff dropped me an email a few days later to let me know that the discount was back on. Great customer service!
I bought a VPN Unlimited license and mistyped my email address. After sending over the PayPal transaction number - about the only thing I had from the purchase - they were able to really quick find the mistake. Replies to my mails were always in my inbox within 24 hours.
That's about all I want from a reselling website.

As an MBA and career Investment Banker I have always understood that putting customers first is the key to success. StackSocial understands that and oozes with competence. Over time and many purchases of products and courseware, the company repeatedly bends over backwards to accommodate my every request. In two cases, the merchants selling through StackSocial dropped the ball. When I emailed them, each time they overcompensated by refunding money immediately and/or issuing me store credit. In my experience, and that includes thousands of transactions across the web, this company is possibly the most responsive and honorable out there. To the people with negative reviews, it is totally inconceivable to me that if problems were communicated properly their issues would not have been rectified far beyond expectations. Given over 40 years experience evaluating companies based in their ability to handle customers, all I can say is that this is a first class operation. Do not be misled. If someone had a problem that was not dispensed with immediately, it seems highly implausible that if StackSocial had been properly engaged they would have even been capable of messing up. This is a FIVE STAR OPERATION.

Bought various bundles from StackSocial so far. After a silly mistake with the payment I contacted the Customer Support and got the fastest answer I have ever gotten from any customer support. They were extremely helpful and gave me a Store Credit so I could buy the correct bundle.
I purchased a Bluetooth headset. It was so bad the sound was totally garbled. Contacted StackSocial and within a day, the issue was resolved by them issuing a "Store Credit" for the full amount of the purchase. This was completely fine with me!
I was having some issues with the purchase of a VPN program from Gizmag/Stack Social and the guys in CS (Jimmy and Brandon) both came to my rescue, saving me both grief and money. Not only do I trust these guys but I now consider them friends who I can depend on to help me. No kidding! Not everything that they sell is the lowest price but if you need follow-up help or information, that makes anything worth the extra money to me. Just be honest and forthcoming with your issues and they will respond in kind. Excellent!
I purchased a product via stacksocial and the code they had given me was not working due to a vendor issue. They responded right away to my email and we were able to correspond back and forth a few times until the issue was resolved. Felt like I was talking to a friend who wanted to help honestly.
Do your self a favor and don't buy from this online store. I purchased an item from them and never received it. After a month, I wrote an email regarding the transaction. At that point they apologized and sent out the item after I told them not to. I than returned it for a refund and they simply said they could not accommodate a refund. Kept both the money and the item. Yes, I have some much frustration builded in. I provided an email with tracking number and asked to speak to a supervisor and no one seems to care to reply to my emails.
I had a problem with an invalid redemption code for my product. I sent and email thinking I might get an answer in a few days. But, in under 4 hours I had a new code and the issue resolved. Very prompt & very polite. Awesome pretty much sums it up.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."

Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
