I recently emailed the company with my issue concerning my charger cord I purchased 3 months ago. Within 24hrs I had gotten a response from a customer service representative. He asked for more detail in regards to my issue. I replied, and within a few hours... I was told the issue was being resolved! Just that simple & quick! I am a very satisfied customer!
I pulled the trigger too quickly on a recent purchase so I contacted StackSocial support. They reversed the purchase within a couple of hours - no questions asked! I can't wait to shop there again!
I bought a course that i was having trouble getting into, or at least i thought i was. I sent a customer service request to the site around 8 and i had a reply before midnight with a new code to get into the course. It had turned out i was already assigned to the course but they issued me a new code with no questions. I was a little iffy about the site when i first used it in 2014 ( customers service was less than desirable) but now 9/27/2015 it seems like they are really focusing on the customers which is a good thing.
When I was purchasing a PWYW Wordpress bundle, I ended up paying too little and not getting the entire bundle due to a glitch in my browser. However, once I reached out to customer service, they had the issue resolved within 30 minutes. They upgraded me to the full bundle with no stress whatsoever.

When a product that I purchased from StackSocial would not let me download it, StackSocial gave me credit on my account even though I was beyond the stated expiration date. Subsequently, when the other company caught their error and did allow me to download the product, I wrote StackSocial and told them that I no longer was due any refund, they said "you keep the credit" and thanked me! How's that for customer service?
I was unsure how to get going on VPN Unlimited, and fired off a message to support. Within minutes I received a response, and within an hour I was up and running.
StackSocial prides themselves in "providing our customers with the best online experience possible". I can honestly confirm this to be true... I have never experienced such efficiency and helpfulness online.

Horrible site with horrible customer service... I bought a online class from this website, quickly realized I wasn't getting what I wanted, and was told SORRY NO REFUNDS... that part however is my fault as I did not notice the fine print, however other sites that offer courses such as UDEMY (TERRIFIC SITE) allows refunds up to 30 days after purchasing. This site just wants to steal your money...
Anyways getting on to customer service, after I was told SORRY NO REFUNDS WE ARE KEEPING YOUR MONEY... they did however offer to give me store credit towards another purchase... thing is... EVERYTHING on their is cheaper on amazon. Why would anyone buy anything off of this site...? They'll show things are "45% off!" but really, no its not? Its 45% off the crazy price they made in the first place, and final price is still more than sites like amazon or other online retailers.
Also... I've been emailing them for weeks asking to get store credit like they offered, then they reply with, SORRY WE CANT REFUND BUT WE'LL OFFER STORE CREDIT... after I already said let me get the credit.

For two months I have been having a one-way conversation with "Stacksocial". I bout a set of headphones and never received them. I was assured through automated messages that they would look into it and never heard from them again.
Using a different e-mail I inquired, and I was sent the same " Genuine" email from a "different" associate, thus pricing that nobody actually read my inquiry.
Any E-mail mentioning a refund has gotten a reply, and no email with an automated reply has followed up on any promises.
The top reviewer here just so happens to be named "Jimmy" who just so happens to be one of the employees at Stacksocial support.
I had a problem with my purchase and i had a refund the day after. I had a good experience with the customer service.
First, price of the item was significantly the lowest I could find, even on Amazon. Second, of course free shipping. But third, and most important, their Customer Service was first-rate. Received an answer to my email question within minutes, and was totally satisfied with the response, which was friendly yet professional.
Can certainly recommend StackSocial for the deals and their great Customer Service!

Having never owned a Smart Phone before because of the exorbitant monthly service fees. I did purchase two Smart Phones from StackSocial because of the service deal offered by FreedomPop, however, after receiving the phones I discovered that I had very poor reception from the service showing only a flickering one bar of strength on my new used Smart Phones and was unable to sustain a reliable connection. I communicated to StackSocial, thru e-mail, and was contacted by StackSocial right away also by e-mail and was delt with professionally and quickly. I promptly returned the phones to StackSocial by following their requested procedure. One week later I received an e-mail confirming that my refund had been credited to my credit card. The phones that I received from StackSocial were of good quality, unfortunately due to poor reception they were unusable. I have to give them credit for the quick response and final resolution of my problem. My rating is for the good equipment and the great customer service.
I had issues logging into my account, primarily cause of my own idiocy. But Brandon, the rep from StackSocial who helped me out, was wonderfully consistent in having a helpful tone and walking me through the necessary steps.
I ordered several times a lot of stuff from the nice deals they offer and everything was perfect. Items arrived on time and without any problem.
I want to further mention an issue that made me contact them. One of the orders that I bought included a keysmart with a flash drive. For some reason what arrived is the flash drive without the keysmart. So I contacted them and they replied immediately and offered to help. They did send me a replacement order. I ended up having two flash drives and the keysmart, and when I contacted them to check what to do with the second flash drive, they replied that it is free for me to keep it because they already did a mistake in the initial order.
All their replies were in a respectful manner, and that is what I like about them and their service.
I don't like to write too much. But these guys are really amazing people.

Recently, after buying a web development bundle and not receiving all the included courses I contacted the team at StackSocial. I received a reply from their team in under half an hour and they quickly helped me get the full bundle that I had paid for.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."

Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
