This is a follow up from my review of StackSocial on 12/24/15. As I promised customer service in three of my many emails, I filed a complaint with the BBB. The day AFTER BBB notified StackSocial of the complaint is the day SS wrote a reply to that review saying how sorry they were and how they wanted to make it right which for me was in the way of a refund.
When it takes a Monitor of Consumer Rights to get them to finally respond to a customer to do what's right morally and ethically, then they remain a company I will no longer do business with.
I would have rated a two or more if they had handled this promptly. They had three weeks before I was forced to waste even more time with the complaint. They only replied after pressure was placed on them by an outside agency. They remain a one because of this.
I ordered the Raspberry Pi starter Kit from them because it included 7 online courses and seemed like a great deal. After my order went through I saw the "Allow 42 days for shipping." Had I known that I would not have ordered from them. Maybe I missed it when looking at the item but I don't remember seeing it.
So, I've waited over 42 days, no Raspberry Pi starter kit, when I check on my order it says Singapore Post but gives no tracking number. I've contacted StackSocial 3 times and always get a generic canned response telling me about the shipping process and I should check their website for updates. I'm done, my next step is contacting the credit card company and disputing the charge. I'm sure a chargeback will get their attention.

I ordered 2 identical drones and only received 1 over a week ago. I have emailed twice to get issue resolved with images of shipment and shipping. Label. Abosultely no response. Customer service is awful! Do not buy from them!

Sucks, all the video doesn't play after i bought and enrolled into the course, add on: i bought it from TNW deals, if they does not entertain me i will definitely make more complaint about them

Today I purchased some online training materials from SS. At checkout, I realized I hadn't entered the cyber-monday promo code and stopped the order in my web browser. After waiting several minutes and not receiving a confirmation email, I was comfortable I had stopped the order in time, and completed the checkout a second time with promo code. As it turns out, I have been billed twice, and customer service refuses to grant me a refund for one of the purchases stating they have a no-refund policy. I can appreciate a no refund policy for online training, but I felt this was an honest mistake, clearly evident as nobody would ever order the same online training twice, within minutes of each other. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this website to anyone.

This site is a joke. It's a scam. Countless emails asking for the status of my ear bud order only to keep getting the same canned bunch of lies and blaming it on someone else. The "we'll get back to you" lies are now going to the FTC. These people need to be shut down.

I ordered a pair of bluetooth earphones, estimated shipping of time of 3-5 weeks. 3 months, countless unanswered emails and my patience later, no earphones, no refund and an order status of 'order recieved'. Absolutely disgraceful, do not order from this site unless you want to part with your money for absolutely no reason.

I asked for an address change after placing an order (typo in the address), and they didn't answer me, never took it into account and 2 days after the shipment they sent an email to say that it was not possible anymore

The quality of courses are mostly garbage. Don't bother with these. They offer one thing and provide poor quality crap. Better find other Video tutorial sites. (Udemy, Lynda, thetreehouse)
Slow costumer support with useless responses. Ordered something about two months ago and still didn't receive anything. Never order at this site!
I purchased an online software training course. I received an email with instructions on how to log on and receive the course. I was supposed to sign up for an account and the course would be in my account. Nothing is in my account. I emailed them three times for help with just an automated reply back but no help. There is no phone number on their website. I would not purchase anything from them again.
****UPDATE**** I finally got a response from Stackskills. See what garbage they wrote.

I'm reporting this company to the New York attorney general as I paid for a course I did not receive.
StackSocial is the kind of company you want to buy from; They have great deals, they don't forget about you and help if you have a problem in minutes, and they continue to offer amazing products and services. And the reason I'm saying this is I've so far bought a Mac software bundle that was amazing & simple to register all the apps ( I've had problems with bundles & serial numbers in the past), and I bought a iOS programming course. But the kicker is that Apple recently upgraded to iOS 9 & Swift 2 which wasn't included - And I got the option to upgrade to the new class for only $10! All new lectures and everything, the whole new class for iOS 9 & Swift 2! You just can't beat that. Then I had some trouble getting a coupon, and I emailed support - They gave me a new coupon in minutes, no questions asked. Very happy with StackSocial, and I think you will be too!
I purchased the SkyHub Cloud Unlimited Backup: Lifetime Service through StackSocial. I had problems with this service from the beginning, but thought that I would be able to resolve it by going through their customer service. When I got no help from SkyHub after two months, I finally contacted StackSocial to get a refund on the purchase. Within two, yes two minutes, I was contacted by Jake from StackSocial, to tell me that he was processing my refund! No arguments, not hassles, just a note saying sorry for the problems, and we'll get your money back to you. I can't think of too many companies that offer that sort of rapid and courteous service. With this sort of responsiveness, I have no problems or reservations recommending StackSocial.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
