Signed up for Payoneer in January 2016. Supposed to get my money no later than 90 days. It is now June 9, and still no money.

I've asked for a timeline of when the migration will be done, and each and every time they say it will be soon.
I asked will it be in July, August, or by the end of the year? And they said they will forward my concerns to management.

They are blocking accounts based on ip.If u and other person are logging in from the same ip, they will block your account with no explanation.We had to figure out for ourselves where is the bug, cuz Payoneer don t know how to do their jobs, and don t know to ask for security informations if they think that is a fraudulent log in. They only block your account and your funds. Payoneer, your anti-fraud algorithm is very stupid... and i am asking myself what is happening with our personal info after this blocking? Why is soo soo hard to do your job Payoneer? Here at Jabber you say you are sorry and you wanna help, but you never solve any problems that we, your customers have. How many of blocked accounts you gave back? None!

I am active user of Payoneer and using from 2011. Already withdrawn around 40,000$ bill of clients.
On 29th they blocked my account & asked for some information. I replied shortly. But they are not answering my email.
Even in chat support, they are talking my birthday is wrong! Seems i am totally confused!

As a Payoneer customer for 2 years, people should be warned about their support level:
A. Forget about phone calls, you will be in waiting line #2 for 1 hour until you give up.
B. If you create a support ticket, they will respond after 5 days. (IF they respond). Their response will be something like: we will contact you within 3 business days to request info you already provide.
C. If you contact them by twitter, they will just no respond after weeks saying. "we are sorry to hear that,..."
Id. F you manage to contact them by chat, the person will ask you questions that you would expect to solve the problem, but they will tell you: we will contact you again soon. Which is not true, I have a chat where they promise to contact me the same day, and of course they did not.
So be carefull, if you have troubles with Payoneer service (and you will), be ready to wait weeks for a solution.
The 3 bigeest issue I had:
1. Using the Payoneer card in ATMs (2 weeks contacting them to solve the issue and nothing). At the end the issue was solved because I got the email of one of their partnes and they had to push them to fix it, they even had the face to ask me money to send me a new card, however the card was fine, the problem was on their side, glad I didn't fall for that.
2. Locked out of my account (2 weeks trying to get a response from them until getting a solution). The best way I found to get a response was to reply to to their twitter posts (no even direct messages).
3. Trying to get info to enable Global Payment Service (4 days until I got a reply)

I do not recommend Payoneer whatsoever. Nothing but frustration for payer and payee. Terrible user experience and terrible service. We would have been better off mailing checks halfway across the globe.
We started with a test payment, which went well. We attempted two more payments to the same recipient, from the same bank account, on the same day. One payment was blocked pending account verification, which is understandable.
However, another larger payment was debited from our account and ultimately thousands of dollars was tied up for 3+ weeks. These funds we held on to for 7 days before we were notified it was "declined". On the 9th day supposedly a refund was initiated, but they have no reference number (neither from Payoneer or from our Bank). Payoneer claims it will take 10 ADDITIONAL BUSINESS DAYS to get the money back.
As a payer you have no account, no login, no dashboard, no transaction history, no summary view to look into what's going on. You have to piece together information from a slew non-informative emails loosely coupled by request and payment IDs.
Spent more than half of a 70+ minute call on hold. Support personnel gave misinformation, vague responses and can not do anything to help rectify any situation. The finance department can help but they take no phone calls or transferred calls from support. Spoke to a supervisor (Clarissa) in hopes to expedite the situation and she was no help. We asked to speak to someone who can expedite the refund, she claimed there is no one higher than her and that she is the CEO.
Ridiculous.

I registered for an account with them, because my payer from US asked me to do so.
One month after registration, they did not approve my account, when I sent them an email asking why they have not approved my email, they responded: "because you did not email us after one week". It means that I need to chase them up, for something that is their main job.
Then, they asked me to send some documents that I did not have, and I don't know why do they need my utility bill scans! After I sent them the information, they told me that the documents are in PDF format and I need to submit them in JPG or PNG format. This is ridiculous so far. Only one document was in PDF and others were in JPG format, so I converted PDF to JPG and forwarded it to them. Then they sent an email, asking for another document that I had already sent (in JPG format) in my previous emails. This is just ridiculous, they are *intentionally* terrible at customer service. They could just look at previous emails and ask for that document.
They unlinked my payer and gave them wrong information about my account. They are not doing a good job at all. This is just scam!

I have applied for a payoneer pre-paid card almost 3 weeks ago. IT IS STILL BEING APPROVED! Every time I contact the support they tell me it will be approved in a few days but it never is! I ask why it takes so long, since, my friend applied a day after I did and he got it confirmed in a few days. They tell me they need to "investigate" some accounts. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! The costumer support of this company is a joke. It takes 8 days to answer a simple question when it states it will only take up to 48 hours. The people answering don't even speak French properly as there's a mistake every 3 words. It can't be serious.
Not only, I haven't been able to get my Payoneer's card as they are not helping, but I have almost been treated as an idiot through email by that very same company. Of course, I didn't answer, but sent the copy of those emails to the company I work for.
The company I work for is a preferred costumer of Payoneer. I hope my case will encourage my company to change of payment method's company.

As stated above, i waited 30 mins for a livechat help representative. I then got told after 30 minis my chat had been cancelled with no explanation. Then to add insult to injury i rang their helpline just to wait 20 mins and then be sent to leave a message. As i start leaving a message less than a 20 seconds in, it cuts my dead off!
They claim they need all this info before they can release my funds but we all know well and good that these types of companies are never giving you your money back. All the good ratings on here are done by themselves, dont be fooled.

I registered an account a month ago and submitted all required documents for verification, 2 weeks later still no approval. I thought maybe documents were not delivered properly, so I submitted all documents again. A week later still no approval nor sing of life from payoneer.
I decided to to send them an email. Received auto-response:
"Your question has been received. Your inquiry is important to us.
Our staff will contact you within 3 business days."
4 days later still no response. Looks like Payoneer stopped operating... or they're just that bad.

I've been with payoneer for 5 years and I liked the service until now.
I got my account blocked because I must have mistyped my security answers, my fault, I contacted them they send me an email saying I have to verify again, I sent in my ID and they also asked me for an ID with my face on and a paper with the date which I thought was really ridiculous, anyway I sent it, next day the guy tells me the picture isn't according to their rules and that I need to show my entire face as it was cut off a little, ok I took another picture and sent it again, it's been 5 days, nobody tells me anything, my account remains blocked for 3 weeks now and this is an emergency now, I need to use my account for my daily stuff and pay bills and they're refusing it to me. As soon as this is over I'm done with Payoneer. Reference Number **************.
PS: Forgot to mention already called them twice and went on their chat support as well, both times the support said it wouldn't take more than 24 hours.
PS2: At this time I called them over 5 times already, it's really expensive for me to call a US phone number.
PS3: They now asked for the ID I used 5 years ago, I was sending them my new ID, because I had to renovate. I sent them the old ID and now they're asking for the new ID again on a flat surface, which is what I sent in the first email... It's beyond ridiculous.
Final Edit: It seems that posting here speeded things up and my account was finally unlocked after sending 4 forms of verification, multiple face shots and waiting 3 weeks, I updated my review from 1 to 3 stars, but it's still not okay, I can't imagine going through the same thing again. Their whole support needs to change.
