I'm a broke college student and i work online. The company i worked for is affliated with Payoneer. Because in their words they don't work with paypal.
I sent in 100$ into the account and it's been 6 months and i'm yet to receive my master card. I have re-applied several times and it's the same story "we have shipped your card" Even a slug wouldn't take that long to deliver a mail. I sent a mail to there customer service and yet no replies. And the money in the account keeps reducing. This isn't fare. That money can buy me stationery for the coming school year. I really regret ever coming across payoneer. I have tried discover why payment is not approved, but support is very slow and all my payment request is overdued. And finally they disabled my accout by undisclosed reason! So much terrible. The Russian support do not want to talk, did not listen at once close the live chat.

It was the worst mistake i made. Please do not ever sign up for it. They are the worst service ever! My card didn't arrive for almost 4 months and i didn't get it ever at last i cancelled my account! When i tried to send their support emails they replied back with bot generated emails. When i tried to do live chat it took me 40 minutes to get to number 1 on queue and then it reset itself again to number 32. They just play games with you and suck money out of the wallets! I had my first payment of 44$ in it and i thought i would use payoneer but i didn't know that they are this $#*! service. I left those 44$ and didn't withdraw them because i couldn't without my card which i never received! Please for god sake don't ever sign up for it! I posting this here and almost everywhere so nobody regrets it later! I got tired of their $#*!

I signed up for Payoneer in 2014. I made a mistake on my application and they told me I needed to change it. That's fine. But they don't allow me to edit any of my details and instead don't reply to any of my messages.
My partner and I have a business where we put in over $40k to Payoneer and yet they are denying me to make a personal account. Your loss Payoneer.
I ask them to cancel my account (my account that has been "awaiting approval" for over a year. Can you really call that an account?) so I can make a new one and now they blocked me.

I successfuly signed up without any warning. I carefully read their blog and tos before signup. After signup and getting approved I said to myself let's look what they've got and tried to fill "request money" page.
What I noticed is that I can not select Turkey as a country. It simply doesn't appear in the drop down selection list.
I immediately searched their whole website regarding this issue, maybe Turkey wasn't in their list for a reason... not a single post regarding this issue. So I mailed their customer service.

Payoneer is one the worst service provider, don't use it they just take annual fee and no one there to resolve your issues which are created by Payoneer. Keep asking for ID and holding your payment for weeks.

I am freelancer and I have few months experience with Payoneer with thousand dollars transactions. Over all the service is good but now I am facing few bad experiences that I want to share with the world.
Issue number one: Payoneer master card is not working any more at most of the Pakistani ATM machines. I am talking about Karachi I have tried almost every ATM that supports master card, you can only withdraw funds from main branches of standard chartered!
2nd and biggest mistake of life I have made. On 15th Jun 2016 I was in a emergency situation so I have requested my old client to pay me through Payoneer beacuse I thought it is a fastest way to get your funds, but that was my biggest mistake! I have sent the payment request via Payoneer and he paid $350 instantly. Today is 19th Jun, 4 days passed and my payments are still in review! I have called costumer service, hardly they picked my call after two hours and representative said she is unable to say or conform any thing about myr payment status! No time frame I am just counting on clock! Can any one tell me what that means? What's wrong Payoneer? I need answer and a proper solution ASAP!

I make a withdrawal just now in a case 24 hours in a shopping center in my area.
When making a withdrawal operation, put the amount of $194.98 and allowed Ok, and asked me to confirm if I really wanted to draw this amount. As I saw that allowed withdraw this amount, then clicked cancel it would withdraw the amount of $194.98, since charges $7,00 per sack. What happens is that when canceling, even had not made the transaction completely, was deducted the amount of $189.00 of my Payoneer account.
I would like my refund back, did I get it money. I would also like the reimbursement rates of 1 per attempt to serve with insufficient funds, since the error was of you taking the money from my Payoneer account.
I came to call the Cashier's 24-hour support, however as it is a country other card they spoke to contact directly with the bank.
Also opened a complaint at the mall detailing the event, follow the attached photos.
I would like a solution, since when I started using the service you only had problems.
I ask for a solution as quickly as possible because I need the money to pay my bills.

The response is totally $#*! and never solve my problem. My account is locked but send too many proof, But they don't response. I'll never ever recommend this to anyone.
