Payoneer

I just registered a new company account on Payoneer, then Payoneer sent me one email for updating 3 questions about account safty. The answers for these 3 questions could not be submitted even I tried them many times. Please reply me as soon as possible!

I was having issues with the verification of my bank account (none of the documents I submitted were accepted) and after many trials and errors, one of the agents, Matthew, also known as Payoneer's guardian angel, finally got it approved. I spent weeks trying to withdraw my funds, but the process kept getting delayed. Each time I reached out to support, they requested additional documents, yet nothing progressed. Frustrated and desperate for a solution, I decided to file a complaint on the website mentioned in my title/headline. Thanks to them, I finally received my money. Try them too

The support was helpful, but the response time and clarity could be improved. I was able to get what I needed eventually, but the process felt a bit slow and unclear at times.

Agent Erin had answered the questions clear and loud with patience. Payoneer is not completely the same as paypal. Sorry Payoneer can not replace paypal and I hope someday it can.

I spoke with the representative who was knowledgeable and helpful concerning my card balance.
She answered questions with empathy and resolved my concerns immediately. I was extremely pleased having all my questions answered within a timely fashion.

Payoneer assisted me in finding out where an ACH transfer I made went.
Payoneer sraff reacted immediately and followed up with an email message.
I really appreciate the outstanding service I received in resolving this issue.

There was some type error when I signed up.for payoneer input D.O.B incorrectly and received email to verify my personal information, sent email and then received another that information was insufficient so I called in and spoke with an agent she explained to me what happened and how she will work.on the matter to get this resolved though I don't remember her name I was pleased with the way she handled my concerns.

Payoneer has been so far the best option for me considering I have a remote business in UK and no bank account for my clients to send money. Payoneer made that possible. Love you guys.

I have been facing issues with my Payoneer account being blocked, which has affected my transactions. While the issue is still unresolved, the support assistant assured me that they are working on it. I appreciate their responsiveness and hope for a positive outcome soon. Looking forward to a swift resolution so I can continue using Payoneer without any problems.

I will withdraw my money from payoneer to my bank. In the Payoneer status is complete but the my transaction not received. I am confused that where is my money but after 1 -2 days it received.So please add the functional where we can see that my money are in progress. Thanks
