Your process is very complicated. A whole month and still counting for an account to be fully functional. Why approve a bank statement then reject it afterwards?! Why must I create a new account to be able to receive payments just because I didn't provide a URL that describes my type of business in the registration process?! The technical department has not been able to solve my problem for 6 months so that I can receive and send payments within the network. I contact the support service every week for 6 months. They cannot solve my issue. I only receive messages with words of apology for the current situation and to wait for an answer to my email, but for 6 months I have not received a single message. It is very sad that Payoneer cannot help its client so that I can send payments within your system.

I had an absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience with Payoneer. I was in the process of signing up for an account, providing all the necessary details like my bank IBAN, address, and other basic information. My application wasn't even fully completed, yet, out of nowhere, I received an email stating that my Payoneer account was declined—without any explanation or request for further verification.
I recently experienced difficulty using a new payoneer card which I received in the mail to replace my expired card. The card declined several times even though I had money in my account. I tried unsuccessful to contact payoneer through their website but was only referred to an AI assistant which is not adequate for resolving these kind of issues, especially when you're trying to make an important payment. The telephone number for international account holders don't work. A chat bot to allow international account holders to reach a live agent would be helpful. There is no email address to register your problems. As an international account holder I feel helpless when issues arise.
Not good I made 2 international payments in October 2024 to my developers and both payments disappeared into thin air. When calling customer service they could not see any history of transactions even though I sent screenshots of the payments being processed. Only today 14th February 2025, 4 months later have Payoneer located my lost payment a now I am waiting for the funds to arrive back in my account. This is outrageous and something that needs to be properly investigated and addressed.
