I was using 2checkout in the past but the account went dormant due to inactivity. Reached out to the support and they said to create a new one. After creating a new one (submitting all the documents properly), they simply denied the approval request. Very disappointing to see the behaviour of the 2checkout team.

I have been using 2checkout as a payment system for 20 years. It has always worked correctly. Unfortunately, since they implemented payments through PayPal, it has become complicated for my clients. The payment entry has become complicated and some of my clients do not want to use PayPal.

Visa and Mastercard are not directly available anymore as payment methods for the account type that you are using.
Starting with July 30th 2021, transactions made using VISA and MasterCard can be processed via PayPal, by either linking the card to an existing PayPal account or using the Guest Checkout option, if available. (PayPal availability and functionality limitations can be verified on their website: https://www.paypal.com/ro/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide)

Sometimes the payout gets delayed even though the payment was done within the reporting period, often there have been cases when they said that they would pay me on a date, but then pushed it back by a week. Nothing too extreme but frustrating nonetheless.

Horrible support, took them 1 month to review my application. They blocked my account with the excuse I'm selling something that is not in their acceptance, we are selling small business management software in the cloud by the way :) in Africa. They send us link to 2Checkout Prohibited Product List/Acceptable Use Policy, witch has kinda terrorists product list for dark web. Anyway support sucks, if you are not US company with a lot of lawyers or some top company, just give it up and look for something else. A lot of people complaining about rip offs on payments, so may be its a good thing we were blocked :) Cheers ppl, have a nice day

I use Stripe and Paypal, thought i'd give 2Checkout a try as an alternative. After submitting my information they do not respond or allow you to use the account at all. Trying to login results in constant errors.
Payment was secure, a little delay with email, but got my digital download links and serial. Worked fine, no issues. Checked my bank statement after reading these, but nothing fishy from my transaction. Actually wondering if it depends on the companies behind them or if someone is posing as them (for those other reviews)?

I had my doubts about opening an account on 2checkout reading so many user complaints, but I gave my vote of confidence and opened the account a few months ago. I had a lucky with my business, I made my first sales, a little over $ 1000usd, enough to pay some debts.
