The key came promptly & the dealership was able to program them (even tho they told me sometimes online key purchases don't program).
However there was not enough postage on the package. We had to pay $1.14 to recieve them. I would appreciate a refund for this shortage.

One of the best online companies i've ever dealt with
It took me about 3 days to get in touch with someone there. The 800 number was messing up and couldn't get thru, and finally i got in touch with someone online. I asked about a replacement key and fob for our 2013 mazda3, which included both parts. It came in the mail yesterday and it is a (very) used key fob. Pretty beat up looking, and dirt stuck in the crevices. I am worried about having the key cut, as this may negate being able to return it. I wish they would have stated clearly somewhere that this is USED and not new. I don't mind it being used but for the price i assumed it would be new, or at least not so beat up and dirty. Keeping my fingers crossed that the dealer can program it.
Received my 2004 MDX key fob and master key quickly after ordering online. The instructions on programming the key fob were easy to follow and worked like a charm. Very happy with service and products from iKeyless.
Previously I purchase key fobs for my dads car from another site. The fobs broke within a couple of months. I came across I keyless and ordered new fobs received them within a couple of days easy to program the quality is better and my dada is happy. My order #******* with Stacey was filled promptly and worked perfectly -- even though a staffer at the dealership where I had to have it programmed (older car, remote not programmable except by dealer or locksmith) gave me a lot of guff about these things failing 90% of the time. Maybe that's true of other suppliers but the ikeyless.com remote was just as advertrised.

Needed a spare car key with an impeded chip. Dealer wanted about $80. IKeyless site made it easy to choose the correct key I needed. Got mine for about $23, plus and extra $2 for getting it cut elsewhere. Came with easy-to-follow instructions for on-board programming, and I was ready to roll in about 30 seconds.__

I ordered 2 key fob replacement pads for my Jeep on order number *******. I received the proper ones and they work perfectly. I have ordered from iKeyless before and always got the right product in a great time frame. The friendly service is better than any site I order from! About a week after I received my order, I received an email from Stacy F at iKeyless Customer Service thanking me for my business and offering any assistance I might need. This kind of customer service is extremely rare today. Thank You iKeyles for the great service.
Sarah B. From iKeyLess has suggested I offer my experience as a review, so here goes. I was in need of a replacement key fob for my 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup truck. Or at least that is why I found iKeyless via a web search and decided to purchase the replacement key fob from them. It was very easy to discover the correct item I need from their web site. The key fob was offered at a very reasonable price, so I made the purchase. The purchase arrived as scheduled with no problems. The one problem I did experience was this, the iKeyless web site stated there would be programming instructions enclosed with the key fob when it was shipped. These instruction were not enclosed. But, a single phone call to iKeyless and the customer service representative sent them to me via an email. I followed these programing instructions without any problems and ended up with my new iKeyless purchase functioning perfectly. I will add this, IF you have more than one key fob to program please be sure to follow the BOLD portion of the programing instructions, it does make a difference!

The order arrived within the promised time. The instructions were clear. The case of the unit has the identical GM part number as my original. I followed the directions and programmed the new unit and the old one that still worked. Everything OK.
Life saver after i went to a dealer asking to reprogram a keyless for my car and their price was over $200 i do a little research found this website got my key for $50 could not be any happier. I recommend this website to anyone who need a spare key or replacing the old one.

Sarah! My experience with iKeyless was flawless. I received my package in the time specified. It took my husband about: 30 seconds to program both remotes and EVERYTHING worked perfectly. (6 button remotes--all functioned great) I only wish I had purchased them sooner rather than struggle with the cracked remotes for so long. I Keyless website was simple to navigate to find the part I wanted--and it was easy to convert my old remote to the new shell!
Attempted to get a keyless entry replacement for my Subaru with these guys and found one that was smaller than the others I was seeing, so I ordered it. It came, was the wrong one, and the instructions were far more complex than initially indicated.
I called, they informed me it was a "clone", and that I could return it, though I'd have to pay for shipping despite the fact that it wasn't what I'd ordered.
Fast forward three weeks and numerous unreturned calls and email, they agreed to pay for shipping back. Then when I checked my card refund, they deducted the shipping costs from my refund, telling me they wouldn't refund the amount I was legally entitled to because it "wasn't defective". Eventually I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company to get the refund I was entitled to back.
Long and short: falsely advertised product, lied about return costs, and attempted to surreptitiously steal from my refund without informing me. Recommendation: AVOID WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE.
This was my first experience with I keyless. Sarah was very helpful.

We had a wonderful experience with the keyless entry we purchased for my husbands 2001 Chevy 2500. Our 13 year old son was able to follow the instructions easily and got it to work.
