I needed a key for my VW Jetta, everywhere I looked the company wanted an arm and a leg for my key. IKeyless had the exact key and the price was very reasonable. Sarah B. Obviously was concerned that I received what I paid for, and I truely was! In the future if I need anything from iKeyless I will not hesitate to call on them.
We have ordered twice from ikeyless and both experiences were great. The customer service is even better since our first order over a year ago, and the items arrived very quickly. I ordered a transponder key from ikeyless. It was a lot less than the dealer and I got it programed and it works fine. I then ordered a billfold key which works like a dealer key. Thanks Sarah

I really like the remote I bought from you guys and will recommend anyone who might need one as well. However, I had to figure how to program it because the package came with no instructions which took me a little longer to activate it. Overall the remote works great with my 2003 Grand Prix Pontiac.
I purchased a new vehicle but it came with only one key. The dealership wanted $210 for a second key. I searched the internet and found iKeyless and decided to give it a try. I ordered a replacement key and ordered it (*******). It came along with a remote door opener I also ordered. Amanda responded quickly to my request for programming instructions for the remote. On my order number ******* I received a wireless remote button that I perceived to be defective. After programming the remote, I could lock and unlock the doors, but could not unlock the trunk. I programmed it three times before I called you. When I gave this information to your representative Amanda, she agreed with my assessment, immediately informed me that she would ship a replacement and was most courteous, polite and professional in doing so. I very much enjoyed the pleasant demeanor and competence displayed by Amanda.
