When we realized that the battery in our remote control for ourcar had died we ordered a set from your company. The initial order apparently went to the wrong address for whatever reason. I called and got a representative by the name of Sarah I believe from your company and she graciously agreed to send a second set of batteries to us. She said they would be complementary from the company. When they arrived in a couple days we put them in a remote and they worked perfectly. We are so happy with the service that we got in with Sarah's gracious manner

I wanted to save money by using Ikeyless but was worried that there would be something wrong with the key. I went ahead and ordered the key and it was shipped very quickly. I had a locksmith cut and program it for me and it worked out fine! Going through the dealership would have cost over $400 and I got the job done for just under $200!

I had bought one for my last car also. When it was destroyed in an accident that I got a new car and immediately ordered this remote for my Toyota Sienna. It came in a very few days and just like before it only took about 15 minutes to set up in the car and have it working. I had one question, and when I call it's it immediately and discuss something with me for a very few minutes and in no time at all I was done. You won't regret getting one of these.

I purchased a Master Lock Magnetic Key Storage from iKeyless and a Transponder Key for my 2016 GMC Sierra in two separate transactions. The case was great and the magnets were really strong. After the first purchase I received an email from Sarah at iKeyless asking If was satisfied with the purchase. I thought that was great customer service knowing they would fix any problems with the order. I then ordered a Transponder Key for my 2016 GMC Sierra. At the time of ordering iKeyless did not list a Sierra key for 2016 but the 2016 and 2015 are identical so I took a chance and purchased the 2015 GMC Sierra transponder key.
I had the key laser cut at the dealership with my VIN for free. To program the key the paperwork said not to "clone" the key but use the dealerships equipment to program they key. I was going to pay for the programming when the technician said that in his experience all transponder keys could be "Cloned". I brought all my keys in case it didn't work but we started the truck with the original key, shut it off, put the new key in and restarted the truck and the key was programmed... Dealership did not charge me. The key worked great. I ended up getting a second email from Sarah at iKeyless asking how the purchase of the transponder key was. I know if the key didn't work Sarah would have refunded my purchase.
So now I have a spare that only cost me $49. Can't get better than that.

I ordered the key from ikeless for my daughter's jeep (order number *******) and was very pleased with both the service from Monya and the price of the key. I had earlier contacted a Chrysler/Jeep dealer and they had informed me the key from them would be between $100 and $120 and that the key from ikeyless might not be able to be programmed. We received it, took it to a different dealer, and they programmed it for us in a few minutes. It saved my daughter a minimum of $75. Thank you for your company and service.

Given the annoyance of losing a key in the first place, the disruption was considerably ameliorated by the opportunity to order the appropriate key blank from iKeyless on-line at a reasonable cost with prompt delivery and have the replacement key cut at my local hardware store (took maybe three minutes and they did not even bother to charge me). Before placing an order I emailed with and spoke with Stacey. She responded quickly and was very knowledgable about the products. I then placed an order with Stacey for 2 keys and received them within a couple days.

I recently ordered a keyless remote that arrived without the instructions I placed a call to iKeyless customer service and spoke with Sarah because I had no idea why the remote wasn't working. Sarah emailed me the instructions before I got off of the phone. The instructions were clear and very easy to follow and within a couple of minutes I had set the remote to my car. Best personal interaction with Sarah B. The best experience I have had on line or any other venue for that matter, I ordered a key fob for my Nissan truck, Order Number *******. I ordered the fob for a 2014 Nissan Frontier. Took the fob to have it programmed and realized my truck was a 2015 Frontier. Back to Sarah. When you deal with the best your results will be predictable. She immediately sent me the correct Fob chinned in a returnable envelope for the old fob. I also was told by the mechanic who had the original fob that it would not have worked in any case because it was broken. Back to Sarah called and explained what I had learned and not knowing who broke it, i. E.; me, the mechanic, or simply a faulty fob I offer to pay for both fobs if it looked to them like the damage or malfunction of the first 2014 fob was on me. Sarah could not have been nicer and said she would let me know. Deal with lots of on line companies I keyless represented by Sarah the best
