Found an iPhone and ordered it easily. It shipped quickly and was just as described. This is the third phone I have bought from the site. Highly recommend if you don't want to pay full price for a phone.

The diplay was replaced. It was a cheap display not original. I spend 350$ for the phone.

I easily found the type of phone I was looking for, unlocked - in my price range and multiple colors! Ordering also easy, shipping fast, packaged very safely.
I purchased an iPhone 8 for my grandson. He's very happy and so am I.
The phone is as advertised and extremely useable, battery life is excellent, and the device was clean.
But I have to wonder how the Glyde application was run to verify the functionality of the device BEFORE THE SALES, as advertised, when the Pixel 3a can't download the app from the Google play store after the sale - it is " not a supported device". And of course no one from Glyde replied to my support issue submitted.
So I will go back to Swappa.
The shipping is taking way longer than when I started ordering
The phone I purchased for my wife had some issues with the camera. It is not reliably working and she still is having to ask me to take the picture with my camera for her. I tried contacting Glyde and was never contacted back. Disappointing.
Got a iPhone SE that was in like-new condition for $100 less than new. Ran the diagnostics test on their app which tested every function. Good to know everything works when you buy use. Highly recommend!
I was sent a wrong phone. Be very careful for what you have asked and what you get. They do not have a contact number and you can only reach them through their website which is horrible. I decided to keep the wrong phone. A bird in hand is better than two in the bush.

I am a first time customer. I paid about $160 for an Apple Iphone. I paid for it on February 17th and the seller had several days to ship it. The deadline passed for shipment and I emailed the seller TWICE but never got any response. Then Glyde.com locked me out of their website. Whenever I tried to log in, I got an error message that the password reset link Glyde sent me was to an "Unsecured Web page that could be hacked and was not secured". I have no way to contact Glyde - the only thing they have is FAQ page for troubleshooting.
I am going to have to file a dispute with my bank and get my refund by filing a fraud claim.
I wound up buying a similiar Iphone that is unlocked on Amazon for the exact same price. I trust Amazon and they are great on refunds - Glyde.com has ZERO credibility with me.
I was told that my phone came with a 14 day return policy and it has been three weeks since the phone was sent back. I still have not received my money back and believe this company to be a scam. Would not recommend to anyone.
1. We ordered a phone and the seller did not ship it or respond to contact, so I reached out to Glyde. There response that "they would call him."
2. Then Glyde did not follow up with me. I had to continue to email them. They responded by saying that the seller had been blocked and they would send me a better quality phone to make up for it. (Based on their description, it was the exact same phone with the same quality, but a this point, we didn't argue because we just wanted the phone after the delay.)
3. It took over 2 weeks to arrive. HOWEVER, this was NOT Glyde's fault. There were slow downs within the postal system, so I do not hold Glyde responsible for that.
4. When the phone did arrive (3 weeks after ordered and numerous emails to Glyde), it had a battery health of 50 and held a charge for less than an hour.
5. Back to emailing Glyde... again. I got a brief response saying they were sorry, that all of their phones should have a battery health of at least 80 and they were sending a shipping label for EXCHANGE.
Okay... they shipped the phone, not a third party seller and they didn't check the battery health?
After having waited for 3 weeks and lots of hassle to finally receive the phone, they want us to send it back, wait until they receive it and then send us another mystery phone that takes how long to get here?!
And I still haven't received an email back in response to telling them that I want a full refund.
5. And no, of course they do not have a phone number... email only.
This has been the biggest waste of time and money. There is no way that I would recommend this company to anyone.
This is a good place to get all of the best mobiles at good discounts. I was able to order the phone that I wanted from them and these old it to em at a lower price than the prices I had seen in other places. THey didn't take long to process my order and the phen arrived in time. That is a good service.
I know I made the right choice when I decided to get my phone for them ebcaye they gave me a very great service. Thephone that I ordered not delivered on time and in perfect condition. The order processing time was short and I have to give them a thumbs up for that
Answer: Glyde is a great companyi did have a bad experence with a purchase but glyde sent out a return label on them and i was credited really quick. When dealing with companies on the internet i use my amazon or my paypal so that way its not hlding up my personal account. At any rate my issue was the person that sold me the phone had sent me a phone that was originally a sprint phone but flashed to cricket carrier when i tried to switch it to sprint they werent able to program the phone and i was already a customer only they couldnt figure out why. When we were programming the phone it showed the name cricket as we completed a reset of the system. So most people these days they jailbreak phones or flash maybe another work at any rate your covered regardless but i would recommend
