Got this K6500 Vivobook in Dec 23, now the graphic card will not work ( error 43?) the fan rattles all the time, when you open a browser it sounds like it is going to explode, people 2 offices away can hear it. Wireless 1 said deal with Asus direct it would be faster, Asus said it's not in warranty even though Wireless say there is a 12 month warranty when you buy. What a load of Crap,

Had an easy time ordering the product online. The communication from order confirmation to delivery was great. The product arrived quickly and packaged well.

Quick and easy, order went through without issue and then i got my items within a couple of days

Sent multiple emails regarding the whereabouts of my order. I placed an order for two products, one item arrive separately and I had to ask for tracking. The second item didnt arrive and I never received tracking. When i asked for help they could only tell me my first item arrived and could not understand that I was missing part of my order. It was like talking to a bot

Camera was in stock at a good price. Website was easy to navigate with a great range of cameras also super fast delivery. Wound not hesitate to buy from Wireless 1 again

Well I can't give you my honest opinion at the moment because I'm still waiting the arrival of my goods. Going on 12 days now and even after I paid the express courier fees. Don't know what happened to my package. Regards R E

A good experience on the fast and free delivery. However the goods were delivered into 2 batches without any customer notice, which made customer confused at the beginning. Even I asked what was happened when I received the first batch and still no one replied. I think customer services and notification should be further improved. Thanks

I had requested that if we were not home to accept delivery, the router would not be left, but would be available for pick up from the post office. Instead it was delivered and left at the front door, in full view of anyone visiting...

I was not notified when the product was dispatched nor did I receive tracking number details which made it slightly frustrating.
The product arrived fast so I am happy with that.
The support service could be better - for instance mWave has a customer service lodging page whereas for wireless 1 the correspondence is through email

I got used to think that people nowadays definitely can't do anything without the connection to the internet. Basically, it's actual for those ones who have online businesses and stuff like that. So, recently I had some serious issues with my internet and I decided that everything because of my internet provider, however as ti turned out everything was okay with it. I though that the best option would be to change the wireless system. Because it old-fashioned probably. I applied to this company and they provided me with everything i needed in order to recover the speed of my internet connection.

After having some troubles with purchases/refunds from other stores, I am in awe at how good the customer service is at wireless one (Specifically your representative, Ash)

Ordered a item ($900 worth) and they ended up dispatching to a completely different address, despite my address being correct in the system. The courier contacted me to confirm my address, also realising they addressed it to a non-existent address. Spoke to the Wireless1, who blamed their "dropship" company for the error, but still took 5 days to resolve. Total wait time close to 2 weeks. Very poor, but they expected me to do most of the leg work to resolve it. 5 calls and 3 emails - very poor communication
