If you choose to sell the buyer has a chance to accept or return. This creates a problem when the buyer chooses not to return all the parts you sent the device with.
I set my price at the recommended value. Sold it in a week. Received the packing materials within a few days. Shipping took a couple days. I then received payment within a few days. Worked very smooth
I had an older Ipad in good condition I didn't need. I had never used Glyde before so I was a little skeptical of the process. But it worked just like the website explained. Might have gotten a little more selling it myself but this saved a lot of time and aggravation. Would use it again.

After cancelling a contract with provider who shall not be named, the termination fees --basically the payoff for the phones -- was astronomical. The trade-in, as expected, was tiny. But my new provider suggested Glyde and voila! Three people got great phones at fantastic prices and I made enough to make a real dent in the fees.
I sold an iPhone5 in one day. The price Glyde suggested was fair. The shipping box was received in a timely manner as was payment. Overall a 5 star experience.

I have sold 3 things on glyde. The transactions are generally very smooth and unlike other sites they do not try to make you spend the"credits" directly. My complaints however come to their customer complaints. All a buyer has to do is say some unsubstantiated fault with the device and it is returned. It allows for dishonest buyers to return items they had buyers remorse for. Aside from that, my only other complaint is that the fees are too high but that could be said for any of the competition so dont let that sway you.
Sold 4 phones on Glyde. Three of them went quite well. The last one it took 2.5 weeks to receive the shipping box. That can't happen.
Everything worked so well with the first one that I decided to sell a second one. Flawless and easy. Price was fair and got it in days after the buyer received phones.
An excellent experience, Glyde performed as they claimed they would - a rarity these days. Super smooth and seamless. I will use them again.

GLYDE IS A SCAM! DO NOT SELL YOUR VALUABLE ELECTONICS WITH THEM. THEY STOLE 2 IPhone 7s and $900 from me. THey have no phone number aznd do not respond to their e-mail. I lost $2,700 WITH THEM. THEY GOT MY 2 IPHONE 7S AND THEN STIFFED ME FOR $900
I have been a loyal glyde customer for a year now, every transaction and selling of my old phones went well until recently when I ordered an iPhone 6s Plus certified and it still hasn't came. I am disappointed and I will never use it again

I just bought my second iphone through Glyde and it worked out great. I got a pristine 6S 126GB for half the price of a new one. Only problem was that the battery capacity was 85% so I took it to the apple store where they replaced the battery for $29. While also confirming it was all original with no water damage.
I wasn't going to post a review but when I checked this site and saw all these terrible reviews I thought I should. Sure, its a gamble when you buy a used phone but its worked out great for me both times I bought here. This also means that I never had to deal with customer service - maybe that's where the problem is. Perhaps Glyde should look at that?! Note, I would not order anything that doesn't say Excellent condition. Anything less than that just opens the door for disagreements about what "good" is. Good Luck!
I ordered the iPhone 5s last week on Wednesday I believe and it said I am suppose to receive my phone between the days of March 15-March 17,2017 and have yet received it.
