I've had this screen protector twice b4 and never had an issue. This screen does not stick properly to my phone and bubbles pop up from out of nowhere. I'm not happy with this purchase. And I really like this screen protector.
I wish I had known about liquid glass sooner, it is amazing. Before this I had gotten a crack in my screen and it was unrepairable and led to my phone not working. Since I've had liquid glass I have not had any issues or scratches. I would highly recommend this product to anyone

I put it on and it saves me buying a new phone if i drop it. It doesn't take long. The instructions are right in the package. Never have i had to overpay. Now that i got this certain thing insured from my U.S. Cellular i won't ever have to pay fourty four dollars again. Yay, even the wife likes it.

Gadget Guard is a great company and I love their screen protectors. I have used them for 5 years now and have been saved multiple times from a broken screen. Before them, I had replaced three iPhone screens.
When I bought the new iPhone XS MAX, I had to get a new screen protector. I upgraded to the second to the top. It was my fault, but I didn't put the screen protector on correctly. Reaching out to customer service, I let them know my situation and asked if they wouldn't mind taking one for the team and sending me a new one without me paying for shipping and they obliged. I was stoked. When the new one arrived in the mail, it was not the rounded corners as I had previously purchased. I'm not giving them a bad review, because their product works and they did seem to try and make it right. However; I'm not even using the screen that was sent, I'd rather pay for shipping and get the much more upgraded version than one of original models that have sharper edges. It is what it is. Could have been much worse in the long run... Trying to keep thinking optimistically.
Gadgetguards website is easy to use and their product is even better. I will never have a phone that doesn't have a gadgetguard on it.

Glass screen protectors are worth the extra cost. Would not purchase through gadgetguard again though. Warranty replacement prices keep going up. Highly recommend Zagg instead, their prices stay consistent.
It has worked great and provided outstanding protection. You don't notice the protective screen and it absorbed a few hits that may have cracked the screening. Replaced after 18 months.

I do have a constructive criticism; and request a response. My wife & I have Samsung Galaxy S9+ phones. We have replaced the screen protectors on both devices. We have had to visit the ATT Store where we purchased the phones for assistance. It is extremely difficult to get the protector to adhere to the screen because the screen has a curved glass. As a result, air bubbles are present. The techs at the stores are aware of the problem and have tried different techniques to achieve limited success. Have you worked with the manufacturer to explore/fix the problem?
We had 5 of these on everyone's RX Iphone and in less than 6 months all had cracked or chip around the edge. Paying shipping of $8 on each one really stinks and I was told by AT&T they had life time warranty but gadgetguard shows only warrantied until 2020 barley 2 years plus $8 for each one shipped to you- DONT DO THIS! WORST!

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
