If it breaks, no big deal just spend shipping and you have a new one. Way less expensive than buying a new phone. I think the secret to a smooth replacement is to register your original purchase on Gadgetguard's site. I truly feel that the cost of shipping of less than $8 is better than paying for an entire accessory purchase at the phone store! Sprint store staff members are willing to apply the screen protector, which saved me the anxiety of doing it myself. Very pleased with this product and company!
Got my replacement guard in about a week. I didn't keep my original box however I know which item I picked to be replaced and I'm pretty sure I got a different one. A more cheap one. Maybe that is what's supposed to happen? I don't know.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment.
