Timely and quick

The process was easy but unfortunately replaced the screen protector and the new one chipped in multiples places within 2 days. The first original purchased one broke within 3 days so I'm not sure if paying for the shipping on the protector that only lasts 2-3 days is worth it. A little disappointed

The Gadget Guard on my new phone, started cracking and then cracked across the whole screen. I was checking to see if it was a crack and then it just fell off. I went on my account and they offer a replacement with just shipping charges. It took longer than I expected to get it. I have installed it and now I feel confident that my phone is protected!

I am impressed with the hassle free reordering process. I just wish there was an easier way to install the new glass. Some companies ship their glass in a plastic box that has a hinge and your phone on one side and glass on other and close. Then Shazam the glass lands on the phone precisely

I was a bit skeptical about spending the money on the gadget guard for my phone. But let me assure you it is definitely money well spent. If it breaks, no big deal just spend shipping and you have a new one. Way less expensive than buying a new phone. I have had my phone for over two years and because of the screen protector my phone looks brand new! Will always go to gadget guard over any other phone screen protector company

I think the secret to a smooth replacement is to register your original purchase on Gadgetguard's site. I truly feel that the cost of shipping of less than $8 is better than paying for an entire accessory purchase at the phone store! Sprint store staff members are willing to apply the screen protector, which saved me the anxiety of doing it myself. Very pleased with this product and company!

Fast and easy

Got my replacement guard in about a week. I didn't keep my original box however I know which item I picked to be replaced and I'm pretty sure I got a different one. A more cheap one. Maybe that is what's supposed to happen? I don't know.

Why do we need to pay for shipping fee? Why we can not pick up in the booth? If it is a life time warranty, we are not supposed to pay the shipping fee. Besides, it is not easy to do that.

Bought gadget guard... 6 days later chipped and cracked (did not drop it) ordered replacement... Shipping charges were $15 Canadian! Fido store should have replaced no charge after only 6 days
