It's unfortunate that you use USPS in the shipping process. They delayed my order one day. UPS said a certain day to be received by 9pm and I didn't get it till the next day.

I like gadget guard, the only thing that sucks us you have to place orders seperately, so if my daughter's iPhone case needs to be replaced and my Moto play 2, I have to place 2 separate orders and pay shipping both times
I enjoy having a lifetime warranty on the screen protector, but the last one that I put on lasted 2 days before it was already cracked (that was the 2nd screen protector.) The 1st one I bought lasted about a week before it became cracked, I am hoping this screen guard lasts longer before becoming cracked. I appreciate the lifetime warranty, but if the quality does not improve I will be buying from another company.

This is the second screen I have broken and they have replaced it really quickly both times. They work great and protect the phone well!
I love this product and the company. Handled all of my needs or concerns in a timely, friendly, painless manner. They have excellent customer service and stand by their word. We had a screen break while this product was on it (not because of a simple drop. My daughter actually fell off her bike, with phone in hand, and hit the pavement pretty hard) but Gadget Guard stepped up to the plate and gave us everything we needed to have it replaced. And they paid for the repair as soon as it was done (I was aware of their replacement policy before I filed a claim. Gadget Guard clearly states there is only 1 free screen replacement, if the issue comes up, while using their product. So I was well aware of the fact that if I still wanted warranty coverage on the new screen I would have to purchase another screen protector). The only thing I would like to see change are the shipping charges. It's gone up almost $4 over the years (but so has everything else). Other than that, they are wonderful.
2 day shipping ended up being 5 day shipping and i cracked my actual screen waiting for my replacement. (I took the cracked protector off after 3 days thinking it would have to be at my house by then. But nope). Thanks gadget guard

Although there was a small hiccup with a screen guard for a brand new phone. GadgetGuard corrected the issue and sent out the correct screen guard. I am 110% happy with the service I received from GadgetGuard. Their customer service was excellent. And absurdly quick! I had responded by E-Mail via my phone and by the time I walked upstairs and sat at my computer I had a response from their customer service! (Mind Blown). If you want a good product and a company that will back it. Go Gadget Guard or Go home. Unfortunately I'm using my phone to post this and my phone can not take a picture of itself. That would break the time space continuum, cause a paradox, etc... Not trying to create a black hole. Sorry.

Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
