Very very bad for service this company should be close as soon as possible i am suffering from 20 days still no response or update from there side the technician does not respond to the call not even calling back.

This is what happened to you, after almost a year of use of mi projector 2, which Xiaomi is still selling but not able to repair due to the lack of spare parts, and even the head office could not solve or take responsibility for the issue.
I bought 4 different products from them, but when I needed service they could not fix it. The products now are trash, i contacted their service center, they asked me to provide a lot of information but they failed to coordinate with the local service center and solve the problem, due to lack of spare parts.
You will even reply to the comment to DM them, they don't do anything.

Hi. I purchase my new laptop from MI. In this battery is drained within 2 hours of usage. We request to apply this product but in service center says it would be observed for 24 hours. And we put our laptop in the service center. Now it's 72 hours but no one gives us the proper answer when approval comes. It takes to a long time like 10 to 15 days for the replacement of this product.
No one can give proper answers in customer care also. I am doing work from home and my job is new. So how can I explain my company? Without a laptop, I can't work. It will be very same for me.
I am facing big trouble. When the service center also says its a genuine battery issue the company does not give approval for replacement. And no one helps me. So it's a loss for me. Never buy mi product. Customer satisfaction is very poor. Everyone gives an answer we can't do anything about that. It's 10 or 15 days' time for replacement it's a very loss for me.

Seemingly this tech company produces everything from smartphones to automatic pepper grinders or smart lamps.
I don't know how they manage to do all this stuff but I have no complaints about the vast majority of their products. I used several of them in my life and everything was of a good quality.

Last year I purchased one MI robotic mop.after few months it stopped working.after complaining so many times the service engg came and changed the board.after changing the board also its not working properly.I informed this issue to the mi.still its not working

As for me it's one of the most versatile tech companies in the world. It seems like they produce everything from smartphones to some electric bottle openers. In fairness I just made it up about electric bottle openers, but maybe they have those xD

Bought the pad from the official site. Still waiting on the product to be delivered. No communication whatsoever about the process and how it's being handeld. Their only excuse is that there is a shortage. How can a big coperation release a product with such poor preperation, I have no idea. I hope their product is not as dissapointing as the trouble purchasing it 😒

Very Bad company, missing guiding, wrong commitment, wrong preview, and telling a lai.
And services is very very Bad, with under warranty product, or product is no fijical damage, product is now running, But after purchasing mi, ximoi, redmi, company products, then services not provided for as under warranty, they charge tha money, so Very very poor.

No response from the company and service staff for the status of mobile given for repair 15 days before. Staff told me to take your mobile back one I expressed my disappointed in their services. None attend the phone calls none reply for mails. Now I'm confused in which condition they would return it to me
Anyway I have no other option than taking my mobile back and get it repaired from any local shops around even if it has warranty and bought only 2 months before.
This is the best customer service can be provided to a customer who has unstable financial condition due to pandemic.

Very worst brand dont use this brand mobile phones i am using xiaomi 11t pro cost of *******/- every time charging issue and if we go to service center means no parts will be available and if we order for parts means 15 days time they are taking and the service centers also not uthorized people waste of taking addtional warrenty with zopper insurance company also they are manupulating customers. My Redmi note 9 pro was sent for the 3rd time for repair in last 6 months. I was promised a replacement in 10 days it's been well over a month nothing, no email, no sms update nothing. I've called 30 times and the staff are as useless as they come. The management never come on the phone and get literally no top level support. Now I filled for refund, it was authorised and I was told it will come in 24 hours this was 5 days ago nothing yet in my PayPal, they make false promises you get nothing, now they got my phone and my money. Worst experience ever so do not look for warranty service with this company they do not help at all. Never again. If I could give less then 1 star I would.

I'm using the K20 Pro from Xiaomi and I think this is one of the best android phones I've ever purchased. It's a phone with a full-screen display. The thing I love most about this phone is its pop front camera which has sound and light effects. First I was scared that if this phone falls from my hand, the camera will be ruined, but the good thing is when the phone calls from your hand, the cameras would immediately go inside and I loved this.
