I have never broke an iPhone screen in all my years of owning them so I was shocked when a slight drop on the case caused the corner of the iPhone screen to crack. I reached out to Verizon Wireless and basically they said you are ok your own with Gadget Guard. So I went through their website, filed a claim and showed up at a place that was "in network" for the screen repair. The guy at this place, UBreakiFix, tried to charge me over $500 to replace the screen (gadget guard on reimburses up to $250). So did not do that and went through Apple because I have Applecare on all of the Apple devices I own. This was a smooth, although timely, repair that only cost me $30 out of pocket. Before I had a chance to get to the Verizon store and purchase and actual glass screen protector my phone dropped out of my pocket and cracked again! Decade plus never a crack now two within a week.
So now I must use the AppleCare claim again, waste more time and I still have to go buy a real screen protector because this gadget guard product is horrible.
The support has been just as bad with no one answering phones, two days to send an email back and only offering me $30 for all of this inconvenience.
Take away - stick with the glass screen protectors! They work so much better than gadget guard!
Yes I did received a new screen protector after I placed for a replacement and that replacement arrived damaged. Thanks to Krista for acting fast and sending me a new one. I've always been a fan of their black ice edition screen protector since I bought my very first one. I've tried many other brands, but nothing beat gadget guards and to even have a excellent customer service, that's the real deal.

Gadget guard was highly recommended by a store representative in our local verizon truly I and the woman who sold me regrets selling it to me. I purchased a moto razr and gadget guard was applied to the front screen and the inside screen which according to gadget guard is called the primary and is the only covered for reimbursement if it's the primary screen that's cracked, the packaging does not say that anywhere on it and why wouldn't it be covered if it's a different screen? That's absoulte nonsense and the reimbursement is complete and utter bull$#*!. I am not happy and will do everything in my power to detour any future purchases from your company!

The packages arrived in thin cardboard envelopes not much thicker than a paper envelope. Both screens were completely shattered. I paid $7.99 each this packaging, seriously?
I contacted the company and they would not refund my money; but, they did agree to send out 2 more with "a bit" more packaging. They arrived undamaged. I give 3 stars for customer service only.
I got the item and went and had professionals put it on and cure it. It was 3 days later that my phone slipped out of my hand and smashed everything including the LED. I need my phone because I am a counselor and do telehealth. What they don't tell you is you have to wait to get your phone fixed and somehow before that get another phone to take a pic of the broken screen. I did not have another phone for that My screen and led was 320$ that will not be covered.

I have a s21 ultra and I thought gadget guard looked appealing for the warranty. But the screen is a cheap flimsy piece of garbage. I paid 60+ dollars to see nothing but bubbles and peeling on my 1200$ phone. I have had 3 or 4 replacements and had multiple try to install them and it always peels after the first week and there will be at least 1 bubble. Worst part is when I asked for a refund when I got the product because I thought it was a glass protector they told me it had been too long even though we had gone through 2 natural disasters so I couldn't get it sooner.
Purchased my phone saver cover which was over $50 and filled out warranty info. Needed to replace so went to warranty site and ordered replacement. Very disappointed in shipping charge at over $7. When received actual shipping was 90 cents. Felt taken advantage of. Disappointed in customer care.
I purchased this product at Verizon Wireless. They installed the screen protector for me since they said they have done it many times. Verizon reps mentioned it worked great to protect against drops. I purchased on July 6th, 2021. The phone screen cracked on August 15th. Since I didn't register my product I am out of the warranty. So much for being a good screen protector. My fault for not registering in time. Their fault for not protecting my phone.
Recently was upgraded from tempered glass to a flex screen protector. With out my approval I just reorder a protector after I broke one as usual and the upgraded flex glass showed up. First one had one medium size bubble near the center of the screen. No big deal but the when I replaced that one even more bubbles this time there on the edge in opposite corners and won't go away phone case or no phone case. I even left the case off for the days and still the bubbles appear. Later I contacted gadget guard and after a back and forth with some one named Robyn given me ten excuses of how I probably didn't install it correctly. I get a follow up email asking if I want my old tempered glass protector that I originally bought and constantly reorder because I never had a bubble problem with. Finally the last email I got is the one telling me that I have to write this review in order to get my free replacement screen protector so here I am.

Our Flex is a superior product to tempered glass, it is not prone to cracking like the tempered glass can and provides even better protection for your screen. We do understand it can be a bit trickier to install, though, so we do recommend that our customers take that to their local wireless store for help with that because they have a lot of experience with the installations. Yup phone cracked with there product on it. My stuff was registered but they can't find it. I've given them proof of everything buying there product. They won't warranty. Only have email communication so you can't talk with anyone.

I have used screen protectors from AT&T and I would have to replace them every couple weeks because they crack easily... not gadget guards! The screen protectors take a beating and last for several months!

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment.
