I've never had to replace screen protectors the way I do with my S9+ They are constantly cracking and I am not rough on my phone. And yes, it is under warranty, but who are we kidding...? $9.95 for SHIPPING? And then, I had to pay a fee to keep the warranty in effect, because it was going to expire. Its getting really old.

Hi D O.! Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have had so many replacements. Your phone's curved screen is really cool! However, the curved glass does increase the damage potential for both the screen protector and the phone screen itself. Designing a guard that can both protect your device and still work well with your touch screen was difficult. Our Cornice Edition was the best technology available to meet those demands. It has stood up to rigorous testing by us and our distribution channels. You are certainly better off with the guard vs without, as it will still offer protection for your fragile curved screen. The guard is designed to absorb impacts and scratches so that your phone screen doesn't – this could happen on the very first day. If it is scratched or cracked that typically means it is doing its job and that is why we have the replacement warranty.

We are also sorry for any confusion around the warranty. Our product warranties are for the life of your device and do not require renewal. If you renewed a warranty, it is likely you also have a Guard Plus warranty, which provides coverage in the event of your phone screen itself breaking. That warranty is limited and can be renewed. If you renewed a warranty, that is the one you renewed.

I usually have the tempered glass protectors on my phones. So I was worried that this one would protect at all. After researching it, I decided to give it a try after my current protector cracked. It was easy to apply and went on smooth. The only trouble was timing it so that I could let the phone sit. I use it a lot for work. But doing it right before bed worked well. I am happy with the results and feel secure in the warranty. Highly recommend.

Company service is great

They are great about taking care of you. I Just didn't realize it doesn't cover deep scratches. I was a little miss led at the cell phone store. The screen didn't break but it probably would of if I didn't have this applied to my screen.

Hands down my wisest decision when I bought my last iPhone! Having the Black Ice screen protector has saved my phone screen more than once. The most important thing to remember is to register your screen protector when you purchase then replacement WHEN you need to replace it is seamless. You will not be sorry!

I ordered a screen protector, when I got it and opened it, it was broke, they gladly replaced it no questions asked. I'd rather order from them than purchase a screen protector at a phone store or other retailer. Overall very satisfied with gadget guard a d will order from them again in the future
