I had failed to register my product, unfortunately. I understood that the extended coverage you pay for in buying this more expensive product was no longer available to me, but since my initial protector cracked, i needed a replacement. Since i did have a copy of my receipt, i was thankful they at least provided me a replacement protector. Thank you.
With the high cost of screen protectors these days, Gadge Guards warranty is awesome. If it breaks they will replace it for only the cost of shipping no matter how many times you break the screen protector you'll always get a new replacement for a very reasonable shipping charge. Can't go wrong with that unless you'd rather pay quite a bit more for a new screen protector.

I have gone through a few guards now. The last two cracked in the first couple weeks. The second one I left on cracked because I didnt want to pay another $9 for shipping so I kept it on until it was too bad. Just received my 3rd one. Crossing my fingers it doesn't crack right away, too. Service and replacement has been awesome. No complaints there.

If anything happens to you're Gadgetguard screen protector all you have to do is sign into your account at there website and order a replacement screen and just pay for shipping and that's it. Easy has 1 2 3. Shipping was super fast. I took it into Sprint and they put it on NO CHARGE. Great company.
The replacement program is great, but the screen protector doesn't sit right on the phone. Air bubble doesn't go away on the side.
The way to go it arrived soon and went to my local dealer and they put new cover on phone looks new again

My first one got damaged ordered another came right away thought shipping was a little pricey at $9.95 but I guess it's better than paying full price. However when something says it has a lifetime warranty it should also state plainly the standard cost of the shipping charge! Instead of a vague statement made in very fine print on the back of the package. Especially since it was just shipped strapped to a piece of cardboard instead original packaging a charge of $4.95 or $5.95 would have been a more reasonable price. In the future I will buy a different product as other brands offer a better and cheaper warranty.
My son broke my first screen by hitting it really hard with a toy truck. It broke the protector but not my phone screen. I quickly logged on and ordered a free replacement under the warranty protection and just got my new one. Works great!
Not happy with it at all this is like #5in the last year. That don't stay on this new one is already coming off bubbles all along the one side. I can't get rid of them. I'm going to be looking for something else to protect it. If they dont break they bubble/ let loose from the phone...

Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
