Lost my phone while riding my bike. Used iPhone finder and found it in the street screen side down. (Phone also had otterbox symmetry case) The screen was bulged cracked and shattered. Looked like it had been run over my a car. When I peeled off the gadget guard screen protector, I was expecting the whole iPhone screen to come off as well. But it was in perfect shape besides a few scratches on the edge. Replacement screen didn't come with plastic piece (plugs into charging port) that allows you to perfectly center screen guard, that was the only downside.
I love my gadget guard but the last one I'm not sure how it cracked but it slowly scattered but the screen was fine. I didn't even drop it.

This was an replacement screen post insurance claim. I went with GG on a phone salespersons recommendation. GG customer service wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. Responses took 2-3 days to get answered. Unlike other reviewers, the protector arrived unscathed, but the packaging wasn't overly robust, and whomever packed it didn't get it all the way into the shipping envelope. This caused the internal packing to get stuck in the adhesive and I had to destroy the packaging to get it open/out.
My gadgetguard screen protector came quickly and arrived in excellent condition. It was easy to install on my phone and I love it! NO BUBBLES. This was the easiest screen protector installation that I have ever done. Thank you so much.

Install video did not match the layers of the packaged screen protector. Install failed and screen protector 'chipped' near camera opening. Ordered a replacement - for another $10 shipping. Maybe a second try will be better. Also, the registration process seemed detached from sales. I ordered the product directly from Gadget Guard. They asked for a copy of the sales receipt, what type of phone, etc. All this info should have been readily available. Frustrating.

You sent me the wrong glass. My phone is a Galaxy express 3 (thats what it says on the back). The glas you sent measures 2 5/8 X 5 3/4 while the size I need is 2 1/2 X 5. I ordered two screen replacements, for my and my wife's phone. One processed right away and I received it, the other is still stuck as "processing" for over a week. With the COVID-19 thing going, I am okay with some delays, but I haven't heard anything at all on what is happening with the second screen protector and why it is still in processing. I would appreciate at least some response and status on the order.

Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
