I love gadget guard screen protectors, I've been buying them since the S6. However this time I ordered thus new protector and it looks different so after watching the how to install video I realized my package didn't include the correct adapter for proper installation. I am currently waiting on a response from gadget guard on how to resolve this before I mess up affixing a 60 dollar screen protector. Hopefully they can send me the proper installation tools.

The glass chips too easy, and had to apply for yearly membership which i felt was a rip off, i had different screen protector before which was better and less expensive
Always on time delivery, always a quality product received. I only wish you would allow us to order more than one replacement per order. Instead, you require separate orders and charge separate shipping. Obviously you are making your money on the shipping in order to cover your "free replacement" costs.

We are sorry for any frustration our shipping and handling fee has caused you. The truth is, we used to allow multiples. Unfortunately, there were many who took advantage of this and were ordering more than what would be reasonable as a replacement. In addition, by charging for one at a time, it ensures we cover our costs and makes it easier for the customer, so that we don't have to ask you to fill out a claim form, prove the damage occurred during normal use or send the guard back to us (which may also have associated costs).
We keep this cost as low as we can. We also cover things like damage during installation. We hope this helps to make more sense of our policy.

I ordered this product the a few weeks ago. I never got the order even tho my email stated I received it. 2nd time around after contacting customer service I finally received my order. Disappointed that I had to order twice. I still don't know what happed to the 1st order.

I go the quard however it was cracked when I received it, I dont think it was as good quality as the one I bought at the cellular store. Can you send me another one to replace since I have not control over the shipping of the product,

Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
