Hello, I received this bouquet of 50 roses today. It doesn't look fresh and they refuse to refund us the full amount of money.

First time order placed, got cancelled due to remote location. Fine, i got my refund and went elsewhere. Figured i will give them a second chance this past week. Delivery date was for Saturday, came to work Monday with VM that delivery was not made due to remote location! Never again i will use them. Worst flower service ever.

8/15/2024 Review on Fromyouflowers.com. Ordered funeral flowers, the day before. They promised delivery next day by 1 pm. I verified the time. They assured me they would be delivered on time. Service was at 4 pm. At 3:45 I called asking where the flowers were. She said they couldn't deliver even though their website tracking said flowers were out for delivery. These agents lie. One said they never made the arrangement. A second said the delivery guy can't make it. They wanted to make a substitution & deliver the next day. What good was that. Never buy from any online florists like them. The prices are cheap, but you'll never get your flowers on time if at all. Never again!
On July 3 I ordered flowers for my daughters 50th birthday.(a once in a lifetime event).I added the additional cost for guaranteed delivery for July 5th.
July 5 comes and goes no delivery. On July 6 I began to get emails. Stated that the delivery could not be filled due to the fact that they had no florists in the area of the delivery. Buffalo NY. Also stated its because it was a "remote" area...Buffalo is the second largest city in NY state.I called. Was told the delivery would then be on the 8th.3 days after her birthday. And my guaranteed delivery fee would be refunded.After 12 phone calls and 27 emails later. And many many excuses as to why the arrangement has not been delivered. Always stating that the following day it would be delivered This happened from the 6-10 of July. Always rude and inpatient with me when I inquired what the issue was with my order.
Finally I just gave up and requested a full refund.
So for 8 days and several hours of my time. With stress and disappointment. I'm left with no arrangement for my daughter's 50th birthday!
