I ordered the flowers on May 10 for mother's day when the arrived on May 11 we opened the box and they were all dead. We called and was told they would only refund 10% and send another arrangement then we got an e-mail saying they will reimburse 10% only The photos are what was sent and what was suppose to be sent.
The flowers were nothing like I ordered.it was suppose to be How sweet it is bouquet. Mostly Orange Roses. She received mostly pink and purple wildflowers This is the 3rd and last time I will order from them. Not worth the money spent.
My surprise delivery turned into a disaster. She received the wrong delivery and I did not find out until days later. They delivered someone else's flowers, with their personal message, to my recipient's address. Needless to say she was confused. When I called her a week later to ask her if she received the delivery order, because I was surprised that she didn't call to thank me, that's when we discovered the error. I called From You Flowers to complain and was told that they would waive the delivery fee and redeliver that same day (Saturday). She didn't receive the new / correct delivery until Monday. This ruined the "moment," and they had the nerve to send me an email for $15 off another order--as opposed to deducting that from the order they messed up. Never again. Not even for free!

Couldn't even upgrade the arrangement in fact it was diminished to a barely there nothing like the intended gift. What a highway robbery.! This gift should have been much more for the cost! So mad. I am a Firefighter/Paramedic and make 25$/ hr. And had to pay close to 100$ (due to so many fees) for what I thought would be a beautiful surprise for the love of my life for her 50th Birthday. But you pay ahead of time with only a picture of what you ordered; but they don't send you a picture of what was delivered! I was appalled when My GF sent a picture me the delivered product. ***It is nothing even remotely close to what I ordered. It's so empty and open and not full at all and I ordered the upgraded Deluxe version too! Then paid extra for 12x roses, which you can barely see 4-5, and they are old and milted and not bloom and full. The other flowers and greens are old and milted and dead! This is worse than a $4.99 Gas station bouquet!
NIGHTMARE. I was looking at bouquets and called their 1800 number to be sure my order would be delivered on time and at the location of my event that was rented for it. The guy on the phone assured me it would be done as I instructed; I remarked that no one would be there to receive the order other than the time I indicated; so with him on the phone, I placed the order, I typed this instructions on the order as he suggested. Nothing went right: the delivery people started calling me at 8:50 a.m.; they were at the place to drop off the bouquets; they contacted me; and no one wanted to be responsible for the mess. Nothing arrived as I instructed; at the end, they did leave the flowers. At my arrival, the bouquets were horrible, and I paid for the premium sizes, There were only a few small flowers, nothing like the full arrangements with beautiful big roses and flowers like you see in the pictures, seems like someone has had the flowers running around on their truck all day long. Terrible experience; next time I will order from local shops.
Paid for before noon delivery, showed up at 3 pm leaving an elderly woman sitting alone at her hoke thinking family forgot her birthday. Told oh well we don't guarantee times, yet I paid for before noon!
I use various services to delight my closest people and if I want to buy flowers I order them only here, because I am sure in their quality, so to speak. They are blooming, Tulips can stay for a couple of weeks without any hint on withering. Maybe this is the magic of my care after flowers, but my girlies are always happy to receive some bouquets during various holidays or maybe just on weekends. I am thankful to this service for providing me with such a big assortment of flowers and bouquets.
I ordered flowers 4 days in advance. They sent me an invoice and canceled my order without any notification or explanation. I had to call them when I found out the flowers were not delivered. They said it was because of a past dispute. Well if that's the case I guess this will be our 2nd dispute. Supposedly it's company policy to ask 2x to speak to a manager which they keep you on hold for a very long time. They should have sent out a notification so I could order flowers from somewhere else but it seems to be their company policy NOT to notify you. Do not use this company.
The worst don't order with them, I made an order of flowers and balloons and send different information on the order charge me more and deliver only the flowers. They are stealing from their customers by putting different items and costs don't buy with them!
TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE! I ordered a whole package - flowers, teddy bear, and necklace, and it couldn't be delivered right away like I hoped, but they said it would be delivered March 5th. Well, it WASN'T delivered March 5th, and when I contacted them, their response was to offer me 25% off... but only off the flower price (which was about half the total), not the entire purchase price... so really it was 12.5% off... This was a really important, time-sensitive delivery, and even after I explained this they didn't care. Every time I'd respond to customer service, I'd get spammed with a "we received your message" email, and then a response later... and after I replied to their "25%" offer they stopped responding to me completely and haven't resolved the issue at all. The flowers and gifts still haven't been delivered so far.
UPDATE: the company and I have come to an agreeable resolution on a partial refund and they have apologized profusely for the problem. I really appreciate the final resolution and have added 2 stars, but am still only rating a total of 3 stars because it still wasn't delivered on time and because it required so many messages from me to get a reasonable resolution.
I chose to order flowers from this site for someone's 30th birthday on behalf of their mother who was unable to do so, and I paid extra to get it delivered within their business hours (4-hour window after order placement). Last night at 6:09pm, I got an email saying they attempted the delivery but she wasn't there (they said). Since when does a delivery service not leave flowers for someone when they're not there for them to get later? Their email said they'd make every effort to try again when she was available...their words, not mine. It doesn't sound like they made much effort the first time. This delivery was to a business, not residence. They did not offer a refund of the extra charges I paid to get it delivered in those 4 hours, which I chose to insure something like this wouldn't happen. I cancelled the order asking for a full refund because what good are 30th birthday flowers the day after? I chose the specific flower arrangement I did because same day was GUARANTEED ON THEIR SITE, and so I had faith in them. Their mistake was making a promise they couldn't keep, my mistake was believing them. I won't make that mistake twice.
They had an opportunity to fix the problem and chose not to. Embarrassed me with my wife, made me look bad for choosing them. Don't make the same mistake. Use a trustworthy local florist.

It should be listed as "bouquet of $40 value" including ANY random flowers the florist chooses instead of "light pink beauty" or giving the customer many different options of $40 bouquets. The message that was written on the card was also wrong and in incomplete grammar and sentence structure. I did not pay extra for arrival time but they did arrive around 11:30am which was good.

I'm from Costa Rica. I purchased fromyouflowers.com an order for my girlfriend on 2/15/24 for Valentine's day. I selected the Deluxe bouquet with 3 ballons, big teddy bear, big box of chocolates and a V-day's card. All to a total of $155. My gf received the order on 2/16/24. The condition and quality of the order was horrible. The bouquet had barely 4 roses and a couple other random flowers, it came with only 1 DEFLATED balloon when I paid for 3 and it didn't even come with the V-days card. The flowers did not look fresh and somewhat deteriorated, soggy and had dark edges.
I immediatly request to chat with this vendor to request a full refund to my original payment method, only be offered a 30% refund. I escalated this with their supervisor and after being transfered multiple times, I was ensured a full refund in the next 3 business days. Next day 2/17/24, I receive an email saying "Thank you for your recent order. Please accept our apologies, as we were notified by our credit card processing company that your banking institution is unable to process the refund offered on your order successfully. Typically this is caused by the card linked to the account being lost or stolen. Therefore, we will be issuing you a gift certificate for 155.18 dollars to equal the amount of the refund offered on your order. You should receive this gift certificate via email in 1-3 business days."
I called my bank, the transaction was on hold and they said the only ones who had the authority to cancel or refund at the moment is fromyouflowers.com. I chatted again with them to only be given a bunch of excuses for hours and no resolution but a gift card or a check in the mail that are useless to me as I do not reside in the USA.
This business is a complete fraud and full of false advertisement, DO NOT BE FOOLED by their website. Horrible customer service and complete scam. I will file a claim with the fraud department from my bank once the payment goes through and I will make sure to report these people in all social media platforms and consumer websites so this business does not continue to operate freely without any consequences.
The Warm Your Heart bouquet I purchased for $96.xx tax included with supposedly 24 stems of red carnations and red roses was a bunch of greenery and maybe 12 stems from the photo I received from the recipient. Not similar at all to the pic and definitely not worth $96!
