Spent $120 US for special occasion pink bouquet, a box of chocolate and a teddy bear. I spent extra for an expedited service and was charged close to US$20 service charge. First off I got an email that the delivery was made but when I checked with the recipient no delivery was made. So they were pretending that the expedited delivery was actually completed. After three long phone calls at the end of the day recipient received AN EMBARRASSING BLUE AND YELLOW HORRIBLE LOOKING BOUQUET OF FLOWERS. THIS WAS A PHD GRADUATION GIFT! IT WAS TERRIBLE. YOU THINK THEY WOULD FIX IT OR MAKE UP FOR IT! Nooooo! They offered %10 back!
I ordered 8/15 for same day delivery for a special occasion. Was told it would be delivered by 6pm because it's a residential address. I called three times that day to confirm delivery just to be told after hours it wouldn't be delivered until 8/16. I called again in the morning just to be told it would be delivered by end of day. Is this a prank?! Why would I order same day flowers just for it to be delivered 24+ hours later. This is absolutely unacceptable. If they couldn't deliver same day flowers, they shouldn't have guaranteed it so I could have ordered from anywhere else. I am so displeased and DO NOT recommend their services.
I ordered flowers from foryouflowers.com and will never do it again. The flowers that showed up was wilted and not at all like it was in the picture. They wanted to send me another order after the event date and when I did not want to do that the offered me a 30% refund after more deliberating they upped it to 50%. Atleast I am getting something back some of my money. But I still had Togo and by more flowers for the event. Come on people make sure you use reputable flower shops to do work for you. Paid extra for delivery before noon. Not only did they NOT deliver before noon, but they didn't even deliver it that day. They promised to deliver it in the morning the next day ( after missing the big moment!), but, again did not get it delivered until 4 pm. Awful service!

A bit later, get a phone call from an 800 number saying they need to validate personal information before the order can be placed. Wanted A LOT of personal info. I asked more than once when would something be delivered by UPS and the question was completely ignored. Then there was no further response from them about. So I called! That rep told me that it would take several days.

I waited all day for these to be delivered in the 4 hour period which I paid extra for. Nothing. An email arrived last night after 7PM telling me the order AGAIN was not delivered. No failing on my part, the girl was at her home all day long. No reason given. They didn't deliver or attempt to deliver. I am out a total of $134.41 with a 12 year old grandchild that STILL has not received any flowers.
BUYER BEWARE! On 5/29/2023 I purchased an arrangement from "From You Flowers (FYF)" to be delivered on 6/2/2023. On 6/2/2023 at 5:30pm, the order had not been delivered so I contacted FYF and asked for a delivery update. FYF e-mailed me and stated the recipient was not home. The order was not left at the door, no call was made to me or the recipient, and no door tag was left. All of this should have bene done per the FAQs on FYF's website. I responded to their e-mail and asked them to deliver it ASAP, the replied stating they would deliver it on 6/3/2023. On 6/3/2023, I received an e-mail stating "no one was available to accept the arrangement and deemed it unsafe to leave." I called FYF and spoke with Joy, a supervisor, who assured me the order was delivered 6/2/2023 at 6:12pm. Are you still with me on this? First, they tell me no one was home on 6/2/2023, then they say it was unsafe to leave it on 6/3/2023, then they tell me it was delivered the previous day (6/2/2023). In speaking with "Joy," she offered a 50% discount because I was unhappy. In another e-mail after speaking with Joy, FYF stated, "we would like to redeliver the item ordered to replace the one received." So…now they are suggesting the order was delivered and they are replacing it because I am "disappointed!" FACT: The recipient was home with family recovering from surgery on both days and confirmed that no florist ever attempted to deliver anything to their home on 6/2/2023 or 6/3/2023. To sum up, FYF states my order was delivered and was not delivered and is "willing" to give me a 50% refund for my disappointment.

The next day I got a note that said they tried to deliver but the recipient wasn't home. Since the recipient is a shut in, I got very concerned and called to make sure everything was alright. She was home and fine. I sent them an email to please cancel the order as the occasion had come and gone and I didn't have any more time trying to work with them.
The next day, I got an email that said that I had not provided a delivery address and they had searched their records and could not come up with one.
I called to tell them to cancel my order. They told me they were just awaiting my answer with a description of the house. I asked them why no one had asked for a description of the house and told them I wanted yo cancel the order. They offered me a 20% refund.
I will not pay for a product I have not received and no law will force me to. Expecting customers to pay for their incompetence is fraud and I hope everyone fights them in this.
I have used this company for years but now that they are using foreign call centers and AI, they are not a reliable company.
