Worst Floral Delivery Service in HISTORY! www.fromyouflowers.com did not deliver my mother's birthday flower's on her birthday - even though I placed the order 3 weeks in advance. They promised to deliver them the following day, and never delivered them! I demanded a refund and was told they would have to check with the delivering florist before they would honor my request. Customer service is horrible - they have canned answers for everything and aren't very helpful. I wish I would have know ahead of time that they were going to ruin my gift to my mother, I would have rather gotten flowers at the gas station and taken them to her - even picking some weeds from the yard - I could have delivered them on TIME! Please save your money, your relationships with family, your good intentions, and your future frustration - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Total rip off, never delivered birthday flowers despite paying for a guaranteed early delivery. Cancelled order but never go money back and their customer service is annoyed im asking for a refund. BBB bureau has been contacted but the issue has been ignored by fyf.com. Avoid this company at all costs, what they do is criminal. Because they are not based in my state i cannot pursue legal action against them. 99% of reviews for this company are 1 star or worse, how dishonest and corrupt can a company be to get such negative feedback? I tried sending flowers to my wife for our anniversary because she is away in TX. These guys call me at 6pm on our anniversary to say "sorry, we couldn't find a florist in Austin. I thought I HAD found a florist, thats the whole point of placing an order and getting an order confirmation, silly me. Apparently they make $15 on every order to act as a middleman. What a waste of time. Satisfaction guaranteed? Guaranteed to suck. Sorry baby, happy anniversary!
I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday and it turned out that they were out of the country for an additional 9 days after the flowers were delivered. They left a message saying to call for a delivery window but just delivered the flowers anyway when they didn't hear back from my friend. I have had 4 email exchanges with this bad company and I asked them to send another arrangement. They refused and offered me a "$10 credit to be used on a future order" - you can get this from their website, and anyway, needless to say, there won't be a future order with them. Stay far away from them and their pathetic customer service.

I picked this item, because of it's beauty, and got a cheap pot, and butterflies from them instead. What I received was not worth the money I paid, and they had the nerve to offer a gift certificate for something off of my next purchase. I told them to keep it as I will not shop with them again.
I ordered flowers from this website, had them same day delivered, saw them a week later when visiting the person they were sent to, and immediately noticed it was not even close to the photo and description presented on the site. The bouquet delivered was a 30 dollar arrangement and i had purchased a 50 dollar arrangement. Called to request a refund or re-delivery of the correct arrangement and was only given a 10 dollar gift card. A gift card i will never use because i will not be using their service again.

I ordered a specific flower arrangement for Valentines Day and a different arrangement was sent. Their solution was to pickup the wrong flowers and give me my money back... not to deliver the right arrangement or even another arrangement. They wanted to go and take the flowers away from my girlfriend and leave her with NOTHING!

Teeeeerrible! I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day and had it expedited to be delivered before 12pm because she most likely wouldn't be home after that. What did they do? They charged me a $4.99 expedition fee but did not deliver until 6pm. I called them through out the day and the representatives were very unprofessional and kept arguing with me telling me that the florists were getting tired of them calling and that they don't have time to check on my order. The reps even when as far as to tell me that my flowers might be delivered a day or two after Mother's Day! The flowers were small in a tiny vase for $60! They suck! I still have not received my $4.99 refund! I just found out that they never even credited it back to my account!
This is the worst flower place to get flowers from. My husband ordered me a dozen long stem red roses right before Valentine's Day and they were on time, but they were wilted and still are. Some of them were black in color and the ups driver dropped them off at the front door and laid them sideways on the ground in a vase in a box, didn't even knock on the door, but that had nothing to do with the preparation of the flowers... they were going to refund us another order but then called back and said they couldnt because it was the UPS drivers fault. What a bunch of crap, they never want to take the blame for anything, so they told my husband they would give him a 20% refund which turned out to be 8.00 back to our card. Do not waste your time with this place, they are not understanding at all and you'll just be wasting your time and your money!

They then claimed their florist performed properly, so I got an affidavit from the Nurses at Swedish Hospital stating the actuality that they did NOT! Then FromYouFlowers promised a replacement bouquet, which once again was NOT delivered... SAVE your money, aggravation and disappointment and shop elsewhere! FromYouFlowers will NOT supply your needs or care when they haven't. This website, I had never used but it had a lot of great looking flowers and it stated same day service 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Well, I figured they probably had a bunch of other deliveries to make that day so, I thought to myself I'd give them to the end of their business day. I made the call to the intended flower recipient... no flowers received I was told. I called the company and they told me they would look into it but, they stated that maybe the flowers really did get delivered. I told them no way because I checked before I called you. They told me that the florist was closed now but, they would check in the morning as soon as they could and would call me and email me what happened. Guess what... no call, no email. I emailed numerous times... I was told finally that the florist had not been opened and that was the reason why my flowers were not delivered. Their customer service people try to be so nice sending you emails with each one saying pretty much the exact same thing word for word. They apologized and offered me a $20 gift certificate on a future order. I told them them... fool me once and left it at that... Now, the matter of my money... they say they'll refund you. I'm still waiting. Its a good thing I got on the phone with my credit card company and I was promised by them, I'll be getting all of my money back.
