I detest their website. Checking out is a ridiculous, annoying process. You can't easily go back/return to where you were. The search page selection sucks. The site refused to retain my information for more than like 3 minutes with me doing nothing to mess up the page. It refused to let me log in but said my email was on file. I tried several times and checked my email just in case. I will never use your service again! Oh, and I love how you have to pay for the vase, and there are different tiers of the exact same bundle of flowers and a HUGE S & H fee.

Recently placed an order with them since they had an item I could not find elsewhere and a discount. While researching before placing my order, it showed a service charge ($19.99 per delivery in the U.S. and Canada. The delivery was excessive but with the discount it made it a little more than most sites. However, what is not explained well is the Distribution Costs - (Please note that the costs of transactions as noted are the final distribution of funds relative to the product, service charge, and H. C. and will be cleared accordingly.) In my case $9.99. So I'm paying as much for the flowers as I am for the shipping.

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm so embarrassed, I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary in which they were going to the shop that she owns. When she opened the box. The flowers were not the 100 blossoms I ordered. It was more like 30. The teddy bear was all smashed up, like it had been stepped on more than once. All around it was pathetic. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Anyhow I will not recommend ordering from this place at all. Total waste of money and time!
Do not use this company! I bought a deluxe package for a funeral. My daughter attended the funeral and there were no flowers from me. I got an email two days after ordering that the flowers were delivered the day before, a day after they were suppose to be delivered. I called the funeral director and he said that no flowers were delivered for the deceased from me. They are really scam artists because when I called them they insisted that they were delivered and were suppose to send me proof that I never got. Now, I have to deal with my credit card company to reverse the charge.

Ordered same day flowers for my Aunt's birthday (Oct. 3), which they never delivered, then had to change the delivery address to my mom's house, so she could then deliver the flowers to her sister, thus doing their job... I asked who the local florist is so I could reach them to find out what happened. They do not tell you who the local florist is either. Today is Oct. 9th. Just got off phone with cust. I had a terrible experience with them! They promised that they would deliver the flowers on time and it ended up not being at the promised time. I had paid extra to get them delivered by noon. They have the worst customer service department of any company I have ever encountered. I hated every bit of it. Instead of making up for their mistake, that gave him a cheap discount on the next purchase with them. After such a terrible experience I would never try them again with their cheap discounts. I wish I'd taken the time to check reviews out for this company before I ordered flowers last week for my cousin's funeral, but I was in a hurry and travelling to get to the service. The $150 arrangement (standing on a tripod, pastel shades of roses) was downright embarrassing. The friend I went in with for the cost agreed 100%. The flowers weren't totally limp, but they looked old - as if the arrangement had been put together 3-4 days earlier, and there was so much "air" in the arrangement, it was very sparce -- looked like it should've cost about $50. Trying to reach Customer Service was equally bad, and they've now written me off with an email coupon for 15% off my next order, as if I would ever consider them again!

I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday on Tuesday. I paid extra for expedite shipping. The site guarantees delivery next day before 12 pm. My friend was leaving her place at 12 pm so I thought it was perfect.
I called starting 11 AM several times. I was told that my flowers would definitely be delivered by 12 pm even though they couldn't get a hold of the driver.

Never ever use this company. Their slogan is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. What they don't tell you is that if your flowers is not delivered but you get a refund, it is 100% satisfaction to them.
I ordered flowers to be delivered well in advance on a Saturday. It is to be delivered by 6pm that day. At 4pm, I started calling to check the status of the order. Every time I called, FromYouFlowers tried to reach their florist but failed. I called about 8 times and kept on getting the same response. I kept on trying until 8pm and finally FromYouFlowers reluctantly accepted the fact that the flowers probably wouldn't be delivered today and still did not have any information from their florist.
While on the phone with their representative, I asked them if the failed 8 times to reach their florist by 5pm and all other local florists close at 6pm, why not go to another florist and try to fulfill the order with one hour left. They told me that until they get a confirmation that the flowers won't be delivered, they can't ask another florist in case of duplicate deliveries. I asked them if duplicate delivery is worse than no delivery. Apparently it is.
I then ask for a full refund and for them to attempt to call other florists to deliver on Sunday (although it seems like all are closed that day). They told me if I want to retry delivery, they would only give me half off. I asked them if their slogan is in fact 100% satisfaction guaranteed or is it half off, half satisfaction guaranteed? They told me that either outcome of whether the flowers are delivered or if they found out after the deadline that they can't be delivered and a refund is given, then it is 100% satisfaction.
To me that is just absurd. This means that whenever you place an order with FromYouFlowers, your order may or may not be delivered. You won't find out until after the delivery day is over and only if you call them yourself. You will never get that email update they promised. So if you like to send flowers that has a high probability of never reaching the intended recipient, then FromYouFlowers is definitely for you.

STAY AWAY! I ordered flowers for my girlfriend because she was sick and decided to give her a "surprise," keep in mind I ordered same day delivery. Also, i'm a college student and paid roughly $50 for my flowers trying to do a "kind gesture." Well, turns out they didn't even deliver my flowers. I emailed repeatedly trying to get answers for my problems and no refund just a simple "i'm sorry." To say the least I will be in contact with the BBB after this one. How is this site even still allowed to operate? Don't waste your money on these people. Broken promises, terrible customer service and non-reliable. Lesson learned. Next time find an actual local florist or just stick to ProFlowers.
Just plain bad. The flowers did not arrive when they were supposed to even with paying the expedited fee. They gave me empty promises about upgrading the arrangement and refunding the delivery charge, niether of which came to be.

I would give this website no stars if I could! I ordered what looked like a beautiful lily and Roses bouquet for my boyfriends mother for her birthday. NOT Only did it show up late, but it wasn't even the bouquet I ordered. It was not full and beautiful like the picture showed. Nor was it pink at ALL! The flowers were white blue orange and red they didn't match! I'm so embarrassed to have had that sent to her. I will never order from them again. I called and combined several times finally they offered me a 15 dollar gift certificate for my next order (useless I'll never use this website Ever again) and a 15 percent discount.
