Tacky and unreliable

I ordered flowers for a funeral service and the orchids were to be delivered to a church in Texas. The recipient never received the flowers and what they did deliver to who knows where was in a small box delivered by UPS and the shipment came from Ohio. First of all I was under the assumption the ordered would be sent out by a local florist. To find out it was delivered in a box from a different state was shocking to say the least. You do not deliver funeral flowers in a box. You needed to have this come from someone local and have it properly delivered. I am glad it did not make it to the service because quite honestly I would have been embarrassed. I will say that they gave me a full refund because the first attempt at trying to correct this was going to be another UPS boxed delivery and not for 3 days, 4 days after the service. I called a local florist and made sure they would send something out that same day and had VERBAL confirmation on that." From you Flowers" does not operate like FTD or Telaflora does, they do not call on local florists to do the work, they do what is going to be the cheapest for them - that is my opinion. Sorry the photo is not upright!

I ordered flowers for my mom for her anniversary to be delivered on Friday. I called to check at 3 PM on Friday to see where the order was and they said it was guaranteed to be delivered to her work by 5 PM. Her office closes at 5 PM and no one is there afterwards. The flowers never got delivered that day to her work and they guaranteed me that it would be delivered to her house that night. She never received the flowers, and they kept apologizing, and said that the flowers would be delivered to her home address on Saturday Saturday came and went still no flowers. So I called them again and asked what was going on they again said oh we're so sorry the florist couldn't get them. They will be there Monday! Here it is Monday and I just received a phone call at 2:30 PM telling me again, they will not be delivered Today. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This has been the absolute worst experience that we've ever had and I order flowers all the time for my mother. I would sincerely suggest going with a different company because they just don't seem to care at all. They did give me a refund but still, that wasn't the point I paid for the flowers so that my mom would get them on her anniversary. If you're looking for flowers I would definitely call a local Forrester using a different company. This place is horrible!

Ordered balloons and flowers for an extra sensitive and sentimental event. When they still weren't delivered at 4pm, I called to check the status. Only at that point did they tell me they didn't have a florist available. WHY WOULD YOU NOT COMMUNICATE THAT SO WE CAN ARRANGE SOMETHING ELSE ON THIS IMPORTANT DAY? They then offered a 50% discount to deliver them the next day. What a joke. Absolutely not. Refund my money and I'll let everyone know not to depend on them. Joke of a company.

I paid over 80.00 and more for express delivery. Well its 3pm and delivery was set for before 12 noon and still waiting! Recked our aniversary day of 51 years because we are WAIT5ING FOR DELIVERY STILL they said they are sorry dosent do me any good and a refind of 5 bucks REALLY i spent over 80 whats the 5 for? NEVER AGAIN, KEEP CLEAR FOLKS

Funeral Flowers Never Received

My family unfortunately faced this today. We did NOT get our order at all. First they said they delivered them 5 days early to a memorial service for my SISTER (come to find out the church never received those either). They promised to redeliver on the correct day and they never showed. I received an email saying they were delivered (I even had my husband on flower patrol watching for them) Even delaying to services because we were on the phone with their "customer service" line on hold for 20 minutes and they never came back. It was awful. They only wanted to refund half or less than half. It was like talking to someone on a script who couldn't give a sh—. They finally said they pushed to higher up and we will get the full refund. Supposedly the money will be back on the card in 1-3 days. They were from her 96 year old grandmother. She was heartbroken. I wish we had read the bad reviews. This was a funeral! These people couldn't give one iota about people's feelings. What reputable business would act this way?! In a day that is hard enough already this was a smack in the face.

Worst experience I have ever had with a Florist. Would never recommend or use them again. Ordered flowers two days in advance for delivery. They not only said they were out of balloons for the order, but then never delivered the flowers. They had the nerve to say there was not a local florist to do them. First that is a lie, second, why would you not tell me until the day was over. It was a person's birthday! Horrible! Never use!

Disastrous Company

I placed a delivery order for flowers to be delivered on my friend's birthday. When placing the order it gives you available dates that they can have them delivered. I chose 9/14. Well instead of these people calling me that morning to say that they screwed up, they sent an email and changed my delivery date. I was pissed because my friend already has been having a hard time so me and another friend figured that we would do something special for her on her day. Well these people screwed this all the way up. Then when I called to express my distaste they offered me $10 off my next purchase. Who in the heck wants to use this service again to redeem that funky $10? Be aware and warned that this company false advertises "next day" delivery. Spend a little extra and use a better company. They ruined her day and I am highly frustrated with this company. If I could rate them a zero I would.

Very disappointed

I have ordered flowers for a very special birthday from them 2 days in advance (ordered Wednesday with Friday delivery). Next day I was informed that delivery will not be made on the requested day, but following day. On the day flowers were supposed to be delivered, I received yet another email, that my flowers will be delivered within following 3 days - so possibly the 4th day after originally requested date! Beyond disappointed, would not recommend to anybody to do business with them

Heed my warning!

It's been a long time since I've received service so reprehensible it's literally kept me up at night. One of my best friends recently got married and about 5 days before hand my partner and I decided that we'd like to send them some flowers. We live in two different states so I figured this online service would do fine, especially since they seemed to have good reviews on their physical website and they're at one of the top search results when I googled them. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I spent a little over $90 on a floral arrangement and paid extra to make sure that they would be delivered by noon on my best friend's wedding day. The day of the wedding comes and it's about 5:15~5:30pm time there and I haven't heard anything about them being delivered. I reached out to my friend and he tells me they haven't received any packages or deliveries that day. So I reach out to their customer service, furious that they haven't arrived. "Please accept our sincerest apologies" (this is the only thing they know how to say btw. They refunded me the expedite charge immediately and asked if they could help me with anything else. When I asked when the flowers would be delivered they disconnected the chat.
I immediately request another chat, in which I'm told that the florist they use is closed but that the flowers had been loaded on a delivery truck and would still be delivered by end of day. Sure enough it's now 8:30 in the evening and my friend is reporting to me that they haven't received anything yet.
To say it's a let down or a disappointment is an understatement. I did everything I could to get something special for my loved ones to help make their day even more special and this company decided that it wasn't important and flat out LIED to me.
Today I messaged them again as there was still no progress. They claimed they already called the florist and hadn't heard back but would email me as soon as they do.
Not today Satan.
I told them I would wait in the chat and they could call them IMMEDIATELY to get a delivery time set up OR they could give me a full refund
They refused to call again assuring me they would reach back out and then offered a paltry 30% return on my order for the inconvenience.
The flowers needed to be there yesterday, this is my first experience with this company, this isn't good enough.
I repeated myself that I need an exact delivery time or a full refund.
They cancelled the order and my money is back on its way.
I really wish I had done more research into this company sooner, after seeing other people's posts if I'd have known I would've NEVER used them. So please, please please please if you're needed flowers for any event big or small PLEASE look into shopping local.
Let this parasitic unfeeling cancerous capitalist nightmare of a business ROT and become mulch for the greener beauty that lies closer than you thought, from your local florists.

Product was on-time

My order of Anniversary Flowers arrived on the day it was supposed to. That's great.

However, the bouquet of flowers did not look like the picture shown on the website. From You Flowers has a substitution stipulation that 'slight substitutions' may be made. OK, that's fine. However, my bouquet, instead of red roses with several large pink lilies and a number of smaller pinkish lilies, giving a bouquet with pizzazz, was red roses with small white lilies. Not close to how the website pic looked. See attached photos.

Be careful ordering from FromYouFlowers.com - your flowers may not have the look/appearance you wanted.

Never again!

The first picture is the flowers received! Part look dead and wilted they could have been arranged by a kindergartener better the bow is bad to and candy did not get delivered with it. The second picture is of order that was placed for premium size. Express was paid for but did not happen part order missing and part delivered was unexceptable. I have been trying to work with sight for over 24 hours to get corrected yet it still has not been corrected! The second picture is what I ordered. Huge difference! Bing Discount ($13.00)

Unacceptable Service
August 25, 2023

Ordered a plant on Aug 21 for a funeral service on Aug.25. Plant was to be delivered on Aug. 24 since the service was at 10:00 AM on the 25th. Received a call on the afternoon of the 24th saying they were unable to deliver and wanted to deliver to their home. I told them the service was actually on the 25th at 10:00 AM and was assured they would deliver on time. While at the service on the 25th at 11:45 they called again and said they were unable to deliver to the service and requested home address. Offered 20% refund but missed two deliveries. Do not recommend nor will I use again.
