The company has garnered significant negative feedback regarding its customer service and product delivery. Common complaints include late deliveries, poor-quality flowers, and unresponsive support, leading to customer frustration and disappointment. Many customers have reported receiving arrangements that did not match their orders, contributing to feelings of being misled. The bouquet my fiancé received was a pathetic attempt to what was advertised, broken buds, way too much greenery, and not full at all. The delivery driver made her and her coworkers SO uncomfortable, flirting with them and in general being creepy. I contacted customer service via their email and they at first decided to give me $9.50 back on an $85 dollar order. Clearly this was unacceptable, so I sent them photos and explained the issues, they issued an additional $9 refund. I called customer service, first person I spoke with let me know after 15 minutes on the phone that he system was down and she was unable to transfer me so I had to call back. Second person I contacted offered me a $15 credit towards another purchase...immediately no. Finally I was told I would be getting a full refund. If I would have just been refunded for the cost of the bouquet immediately, then this wouldn't be a problem.
But after 5 emails and 2 phone calls, I will stay away from this company forever. I understand that Valentine's Day is a huge year for the flower businesses, however when you spend the amount of money I did on this, I expected it to be as advertised. It is a special day and it was just embarrassing all around not only for myself but my fiance and her coworkers.
BE AWARE! This webiste is a SCAM! I ordered flowers over $120 worth to be delivered for Valentine's Day and it was marked as delivered on their tracking website, but the flowers were never delivered. I called to get a full refund, was continued to be told I would be called back or was told I could get $10 back or a 30% refunded. I demanded a full refund and after 30 minutes of going back and forth I was finally given my refund. The call itself had so many red flags and confirmed it was a scam! Wish I would've read reviews prior to ordering! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I placed an order on Monday for delivery on Wednesday, which was also Valentine's Day. There is not an option for a delivery time, but they say before 5pm. My wife leaves work at 5pm, and by 5:10pm she did not have flowers... on Valentine's Day. I chatted with I assume a customer service bot (because they would not answer the phone), at which time they told me "we were unable to locate a florist able to complete the delivery today for xxx." Absolutely absurd that they wait until 15 minutes after the delivery due date on Valentine's Day to tell me they can't make a delivery! DO NOT USE THEM. I asked for a full refund because I don't want them to make any money off of me at all.
Never showed up, never called and never contacted me. They ruined my wife's Valentine's Day. Do not use this company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered from them and had a delayed order. When I contacted them, customer service hung up on me multiple times and offered me a mere 30% on an $120 Order. KEEP PERSISTING, THREATEN A LAWSUIT AND PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO OFFER YOU ANYTHING OTHER THAN A FULL REFUND! I persisted and Threatened a Lawsuit and they immediately started to scramble and Have not issued me an email stating i will recieve the full 120 dollar refund. Please do not order and if you do and they are not good, please get all of you money back! They also put out fake reviews online to act like they are great but all i see are bad real reviews.
Should have checked their Facebook page mentions before ordering. You get nowhere near what is sold to you and it appears they will just send whatever after looking at what other people ordered vs what they got. If you care about what you are sending you should give this place a hard pass.
I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day it was supposed to be a surprise but for some reason they decided to send her an email to let her know they might be delayed. Why on earth would you email the recipient. I called the customer service and got a foreigner who I couldn't understand at all. So basically I will not be doing business with them ever again.
I ordered a sympathy arrangement from FromYouFlowers for a friend whose grandmother passed away. The website seemed trustworthy and I honestly didn't do much research or read any reviews before ordering because I was trying to get them to my friend asap. Big mistake! After placing my order I read some terrible reviews on the company about arrangements looking nothing like the online photo. I hoped for the best anyway and waited. On the day of the scheduled delivery, I received an email stating that the flowers were delivered. There was no photo evidence or any kind of evidence at all that they were actually delivered. I felt in my gut that my friend did not receive the flowers; and despite her grief she is the type of person who would contact immediately if she received a them. I used the chat feature on the ForYouFlowers website to see if I could get a better confirmation about the delivery. I was assured by an associate that they had checked with the delivery driver and that the flowers were personally handed right to my friend. I still didn't feel right about this but I gave it a couple of days. After checking in on my friend, I hesitantly decided to ask her if she received anything from me. I felt awful asking but I really wanted to find out if the company blatantly lied to me or not, so I could then order her flowers from somewhere else. My friend confirmed what I suspected, she never received anything. I messaged the company again and was told that they would get back to me after speaking to the florist about my delivery. I never heard from the company again. FromYouFlowers charged me for the arrangement ($72) that was never delivered and then they disappeared when confronted. Save yourself the trouble and never order from this company unless you want to embarrass yourself in front of your grieving loved ones and throw money down the drain.
I ordered a rather expensive flower arrangement and when I couldn't track delivery I called and was told my order was canceled because of a problem with my phone number.
Noone notified me although this company had my email.
In December I ordered a Christmas centerpiece and received a different arrangement. I was given a free bouquet for this mistake but I feel this company makes too many mistakes.
Ordered flowers to hospital- sent my ups- got lost on the loading dock- found days later- wrong dead flowers- no custom vase or teddy bear, asked for replacement- said no only 20% refund- scam- had to notify my CC to do a stop
I purchased on January 22nd from fromyouflowers.com the Charming Garden of Love flower bouquet same-day delivery. I'll NEVER order from them again. It look like the delivery guy hit every bump in the road and through these flowers all over the place. It looks as if the person who arranged these flowers went skimpy on the materials and could not even find similar or even close to like flowers. You can easily count six different flowers in the online photo bouquet but once delivered there was only two different type of flowers and some kind of huge green leaves thrown in there…and they were all falling out of the vase and could barely stand on their own. It looks like they ran out of flowers and couldn't even make it look like a full bouquet nowhere near worth the money I spent…I called customer service immediately and they were trying to down play and get me to accept low-ball offers ….they finally offered me a 50% refund so I figured this was the best I was going to get. They said it take two to three business days to get the refund and when the refund finally hit it wasn't even 30% refund. I don't think The customer service representative can do simple math…Even if they were just figuring on the cost of the flowers alone and not the delivery cost or taxes they were still nowhere near 50%... I really felt this company did not care about my order, my special occasion or me as an individual from my interaction with the delivery all the way through my phone call conversation with customer service.
Received only baby's breath - literally. I cannot believe it and the company made no attempt to right the wrong that ruined my mother's b-day surprise.
I am not happy with this place at all. As soon as I received the funeral service information, I placed my order with Fromyouflowers.com on Friday morning without issue, to be delivered to the funeral home the next day (Saturday). I received a confirmation email on Friday afternoon. They then wait until Saturday afternoon to call and tell me they couldn't find a florist that can deliver on Saturday! Are you kidding me? I immediately requested a refund and quickly turned to Google to locate a florist in the area the funeral is being held since I live in another state. The first place I called took my order and will have it delivered on Saturday. This place just didn't even try to locate anyone. Now I am having to wait 2-3 business days (they say) to get my money back. I will never do business with this company again. Read all the negative reviews that I failed to do in my haste. Save yourself potential humiliation by doing business with this company!
UPDATE: The company just called and said my refund has been processed and offered to send an arrangement at no charge. Since I had already found someone else they said that the free arrangement offer will not expire and I can use it for someone else in the future.
I ordered a beautiful arrangement but a completely different arrangement was delivered. The actual flowers they sent probably cost 20% of what I paid for. Instead of lilies and roses they sent chrysanthemums and fillers. This type of cheating by the vendor can create misunderstandings among friends. I also paid extra for a pre-noon delivery. They took my money but did not deliver on time. Handling fee magically appears only when you are in the final stage of the order. Overall they are making a fool of the customer. You can do better if you keep looking for another business.
The Oh Christmas Tree flower arrangement they delivered looks nothing like the advertised picture. It's not Christmas tree shaped, it looks more like an untrimmed garden bush. The amount of roses in it were also far fewer than shown. No red ribbon on top. Just awful.
We ordered a Christmas arrangement for a very sick friend. We added a "Delux" option to it so it would have several red roses added into it. They delivered a plain vase with ONE red rose, some Daisy's? And a bunch of green spikey looking things. It is UGLY. CHEAP> NOTHING like what we ordered. What a royal rip off.
Hi, good evening, let me share my experience with you, I must have been a customer for about 2 years, and I am passionate about flowers and I was enchanted by the flowers on this site, but unfortunately I was deceived and I only found out about this mistake on Monday, I always bought flowers for my friends here and had them delivered, but I never saw the flowers, however on Monday I had some flowers delivered to my friend who was having a birthday and I was the one who got a surprise, the flowers weren't even worth $20 once I always buy the premium one, what a shame, what a disappointment and I thought I was giving my friends a surprise by delivering the flowers, I was the one who got a surprise, I felt injured, robbed, deceived, you sell us something and deliver it another completely different one. After I saw my friend's flowers, I decided to ask other friends about the flowers, which was sent, and one more frustration, how sad I felt so bad about all this! I have photos of all the flowers that I bought and which ones were sent, you really deserve to be sued, for destroying data that was supposed to be for parties and to steal the customer! If I could, the review would be 0
DISSAPOINTED with the arrangement she received, and in addition to it, after speaking to two call center representatives on the other side of the globe to "add on" one item from their website to compensate for receiving a $25.00 worthy of a Premium cost arrangement that I have paid $71.29 for seemed to have fallen into deaf ears, all they said is that they have refunded $20.00, and I don't need the refund, as I have repeatedly stated, not sure since I am an Indian also speaking to call center agents from India, felt reverse discrimination.
Enclosed the picture of the PREMIUM Cotton Candy.
From You Flowers did not send the arrangement I paid for. They emailed me the day the flowers were supposed to be sent and said they could not send the arrangement until the following day. Then the next day I recieved two more emails from them saying not only was the arrangement I picked out and paid for not going to be sent but they were not going to send anything for 3 more days! So nothing will be sent for the event the flowers were intended for but also I have no idea what they will be sending. I could have just spent 100.00$ for a dandelion.
If you don't want to waste you money and be really disappointed don't order anything from From You Flowers.
At this point I don't think they are even a real company. I think I've been scammed out of my hard earned money :(
This site just asked me for pictures...obviously From You Flowers didn't send the arrangement so don't have pictures to accompany this review :( I wish I could give them a negitive 10 on the star chart :(
Paid extra for 2 2inch heart shaped ballons, and they were the only contents of the box that were not wilted. I paid extra to expedite the order (before 12 PM) and it arrived at 8 PM. 10% of the petals had already fallen off my 2 dozen "long stem" red roses and I am not hopeful the balance will make the next 48 hours.
When I called at 4 PM to enquire as to the whereabouts of the flowers guaranteed to arrive before noon, the friendly Indian-outsourced agent assured me I would receive it before 9 but failed to offer to refund the reimbursement fee until I insisted.
My wife was FAR more gracious about this disaster than I am. I will never again do business with From you flowers because the low quality product fails to reflect what a presenty from me should be.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
Answer: I'm sorry in advance
Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
Answer: Yes I have been informed that it will be recovered due to flowers not being delivered.
Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
