Every coupon provided they wouldn't let me use when checking out and they said it was supposed to be free shipping which it was not! Also they fee you to death! I just want to purchase a textbook not lose all my money!

Excellent search engine. The book was not difficult to locate. The price was affordable. I'm always reluctant to believe the posted conditions of used books; however, eCampus got it almost right. The book was described as a "good" used book. I thumbed through once I received it, and I would say it's in excellent condition. The only thing I found was that the last purchaser had written their name on it, and it was scratched out. Really, who cares! Excellent condition and thank you.
This is my third time placing this order and it still feels like a gamble not knowing whether or not this one will get canceled. Is it possible to instead put it on hold so information can be verified rather than canceling and having to run into the exact same issues?
I asked whether the book is rented although indicated in the website as purchased used. I received answer quite fast explaining that indeed the book is purchased and used and I do not need to return it or pay anything in addition to the first payment.
I had purchased the wrong ebook from a different site and I needed a replacement fast. I found ecampus and went with a hard copy. I appreciate that I got access to the e-content while the book shipped. I am renting, Soni expect that process to be straightforward as well!
Ordered a rental and entered my cc information on 3/14. Not notified until 3/17 that there were "irregularities in payment". Not sure what that means but suggest going into a little more detail. I sent help message by 3 pm central time, no response. Used chat line today 3/18 to get resolved. Landed up having to reorder the book and changing to ebook. No idea how that works so hoping it goes well.

I ordered this book when classes already started and needed the book immediately. The e-book option was my saving grace. And the option to rent was cheaper then Chegg (who also didn't offer an e-book option).
When I opened the rented textbook, I walked away to get lunch. I came back, tried to log in again and it said I didn't have access to the book and had to sign in. I assumed my session had expired and tried to login to no avail.
It took me a day or so to realize that I MUST login via the original eCampus page and then circuitously make my way back to the text in question. I assume your vendor that actually displays the book requires this, but it's a fail point for your process. You should really look at the way that process gets communicated to your newest customers.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They are true to the shipping dates and the free returns are awesome. Very reliable on time and the textbook rentals. I have used them for the past few years since I been in college. The fee of the textbooks are reasonable also.

My first order I placed was cancelled due to irregular information somewhere in my order. It was processed with my bank account, meaning that the information I provided was correct. This is a frustrating experience with an online platform that I am not familiar with. Customer service responded promptly, however it causes some suspicion about the legitimacy of the company. I wouldn't have reordered if customer service wasn't prompt and helpful.
The whole experience is very simple, if you choose to rent a book they will let you know when to return it with a text message. Books come in great condition. Highly recommend.
They took one whole week to ship the book, aftwr that took more than one week to be delivered, then I realized that ordered the wrong one(it was on me) i paid around 35 buck, so for return it they make a charge for restocking fee, at the end I would get like 18 dls

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
