I ordered a book for my brother and because the name on the card was mine and his you canceled my order. He is trying to get his bachelor's degree and by canceling this order may prevent him from getting his degree.

As an educator of 10 years, this book has been one of the most helpful of my career. I've had a couple of copies and gifted them to new teachers. This time I ordered 3 to be safe on my intern's second day in my classroom. The copies were more than reasonably priced (way less than I paid in school), in perfect condition, and delivered VERY quickly.
The website worked out OK but I wanted to buy outright a new hardcopy and the system would not let me do so. I realize this is the publisher's restriction.
